I bought the carbon/composite headband with pads, only because the original Grado assembly broke. And I’m happy I did. Significant upgrade to the original cheap and fragile Grado stuff indeed. Feels l... See more

Nyczaj: Quality Grado Mods and Parts Welcome to Nyczaj, where the focus is on crafting practical and comfortable upgrades for Grado headphones enthusiasts. Specializing in Grado mods, I offer a selection of parts including soft earpads, durable aluminum gimbals, and handcrafted leather headbands that aim to improve the listening experience in a tangible way. My parts are designed with the user in mind, ensuring that they not only enhance the comfort of your Grado headphones but also support their lasting performance. I take pride in designing and creating mods that Grado owners can appreciate for their functionality and ease of use. For those who love their Grado headphones and are looking for a way to make them even more enjoyable, my products like the memory foam earpads offer additional comfort for long listening sessions. The aluminum gimbals and rodblocks provide a sturdier and more adjustable alternative to stock parts, while the leather headbands add a touch of handcrafted quality. Each piece is created with attention to detail and a commitment to providing a good fit for a variety of Grado models. I enjoy the process of making these parts and hope they help you get even more pleasure from your headphones.

Nice Product
Nice earpads for my Grado GW100X.
The standard ones from onlinshop perhaps will not fit.
I was in Mail conversation about getting suitable ones.
He made them fit for me.
The process took a while, they fit.
The sound is also very good.
The pads are comfortable.
The only negative is that they do not sit very firmly on the headphones. may be caused from the fabric and the possibilities of fixing on the GW100X.
They do not fall apart, they are only "wobbly"
So in conclusion the work very well with great sound.

I bought some EP01 earpads and I'm…
I bought some EP01 earpads and I'm really happy with them. They do change the sound slightly but for the RS1x which are bright, along with my DAC which is also a bit on the bright side. It's changed for the better.
On top of that, these pads are "All day" comfortable. There are days where I have my headphones on for 10+ hours, and these pads feel amazing.
I've bought a couple of time from Nyczaj, a headband and gimbal set previously and I couldn't be happier with my purchases. No doubt I've be back for more Grado parts.

Love my custom gimbles
Love my custom gimbles highly recommend the new carbon ones they are awesome. Shipping sucked quite a bit so if your American expect quite the wait. If the seller could possibly offer options other than USPS for shipping that would be awesome. Shipping has nothing to do with the seller so I won’t drop the rating cause these gimbles are just so damn nice and comfortable I wouldn’t have thought they would help the comfort much but they definitely do. Especially the angled part that’s probably the smartest idea with these gimbles over their other ones as well as the swivel lock always hate my cable getting tangled up. My only critique is the little plastic bits for the gimbles to attach to the headphones are very easily breakable but aren’t really needed for mounting if they break on you.

Very much worth the money
I was in desperate need of new gimbals after one of them broke off my pair of SR80s. I've owned them for so long at this point that I thought I would drop the cash on a total upgrade and I'm very happy with the results. The new gimbals look sick and the earpads + headband are far more comfortable than the originals.

Excellent quality and comfortable replacements for Grado’s own ear pads.
I was looking for better quality replacement ear pads for my Grado 325 headphones and I’m glad that I took a chance on the ones offered by Nyczaj Audio as they are very comfortable and well made and definitely worth the cost over the Grado offering.
Good communication and prompt delivery to the uk. Very happy to recommend both the product and the seller.

Comfortable earpads
The earpads are comfortable, their thickness improve the sound of my Grado SR-325 as the ears are well covered. You have to manipulate the headphone with care as there are no elastic in the fabric to retain the pads in place.

Definitely worth waiting for
Definitely worth waiting for. I purchased aluminium gimbals and new earpads for my Grado SR225's. Sooo much better and classier. This is how Grado should have made them in the first place. I did have Beautiful Audio's ear pads on but they have collapsed a bit with use . The new earpads (so far) make it feel like I am almost not wearing headphones. And the gimbals are a work of art. Thank you Przem, you have improved my headphones dramatically :)
