The representative Stuart Blakemore was very knowledgeable and informative about the system, and was not overly pushy like other companies we had engaged with.

Stuart at NxtGen has completed two installations on our residential architectural projects. Communication throughout was excellent, with clear and effective liaison with the on-site team. In addition, the ability to design systems using products from a range of suppliers to meet client requirements, and to clearly explain these solutions to clients before works commence, is refreshing.
We will certainly be in touch on all future projects.

The knowledge was impeccable, process was simple and easy to understand.

Using a firm in Essex for an installation in Merseyside always seemed illogical but Stuart Blakemore was patient, re-assuring and never pushy and he finally persuaded me.
The installation work didn’t start well when the equipment wasn’t delivered on schedule but it arrived JIT for the installation team. No scaffolding arrived - ever. (the fitters were less than happy but they got 14 panels installed on day one). The first electrician was somewhat bewildered and the work wasn’t completed. The next electricians didn’t come as scheduled but turned up day later. Connor did a brisk professional job of sorting out the unfinished wiring. A five hour drive to and from the job turned out to be the problem I had envisaged.
Following installation Stuart and Kelly did a sterling job of coping with my frustration over the wait for all the bureaucratic hurdles to be jumped.
If you live within a 2 hour drive of Rayleigh I would recommend Stuart Blakemore and NxtGen wholeheartedly. If you live beyond that they can still deliver but in my experience there may well be hiccups.

Racist workers outside my house. Not happy at all. Saw him working again couple weeks later, clearly a company who don’t care about the morals of their workers.

NxtGen are very professional and produced a detailed clear and accurate quotation promptly. Their team are friendly, efficient and surprisingly quick in installing the equipment.

This is an excellent company Bobby who designed my system was very thorough in designing the system and what batteries I would need,Now and into the future. And Kelly in office was very helpful no question was too small or too big,And the installing team were good at there job and any questions I had they had a answer for them.The scaffolding teamwas very polite and quick at there job I would highly recommend this company from Mr P Ashby.

I had several quotes from other installers all giving around the same price for the system I was looking for, 20 x 450/480Wpanels, 5 to 6kW inverter and 5 to 6kW battery.
Then I approached NexGen and found the remote estimate was more detailed, even giving a breakdown of the individual component and labour costs, which I found to be more professional.
Whilst they were not the cheapest I felt more confident dealing with them. However, as I was going to be exporting more than 3.8kW it was necessary to get approval and a DNO limit. Once this had been agreed the full installation was done in a day.
The team turned up on time and were very professional doing a very neat and tidy installation, this also incudes the scaffolding teams who erected and removed the scaffolding on the timescales agreed.
Happy to recommend NxtGen , I don't think you will be disappointed.

My main point of contact has been Bobby and he has been brilliant from start to finish, was happy to send a quote to me online, explained everything to me so i understood it and has been available to me at any time to answer queries.
My install was performed by Phil and his team, they arrived on time and only took 3 hours to do the whole job!
Phil was great at showing me how to use the app and explaining what would happen going forward.
My last point of contact has been Kelly, she sent me all my documents for my energy supplier within 3 working days which was brilliant, again i had some questions and she has been more than happy to help me.
If anyone is reading this thinking about getting solar then stop thinking and just do and us Nxtgen it really is a no brainer, they all make the whole process so easy i cannot thank them enough.

Would recommend this company 100%. When researching companies its a bit of a minefield and were feeling disillusioned until Octopus Energy recommended Nxtgen. From the get go, Bobby was fantastic he listened to what we needed and came up with a system that worked for our needs. There's no hard sell and was transparent in helping us with financial solutions, and then coordinating organising the installation. Everyone who was involved from the scaffolders to installation workers were amazing, Josh stayed on the job all the way through and even came back Saturday as they ran out of daylight hours on Friday. From the very first interaction, NxtGen has been entirely professional, with Bobby the salesman and Kelly managing the administrative tasks. I couldn't find any faults with their service. There was no aggressive selling; they addressed all my questions and provided the most suitable solar solution for our needs. Every appointment at our home was punctual, and all the tradespeople were courteous. Aside from the solar panel and battery installation, you wouldn't have noticed they had been there since they left no mess behind. Anyone in search of solar panels should definitely reach out to NxtGen, as they will take good care of you and offer the best solution for your requirements. I am a very satisfied customer, and I particularly enjoy watching the app that displays the system in action (I think I might be addicted to it, LOL).

When Searching for a Solar Company to use I started with Octopus as they are my supplier, unfortunately they didn't fit in my area, but recommended 4 trusted installers to contact. I sent off 4 emails and within an hour Nxtgen had replied, My experience of Nxtgen has been excellent. Bobby was my first point of contact, and out of 4 companies I found Bobby to be very easy to talk to. Only two of the companies answered that day, but Bobby and his team were by far the more professional to deal with. He was very honest and helpful from the first day. The whole process has taken around 5 weeks and we are over the moon with the results. I think my choice was made, when Nxtgen followed up so quickly, and have answered every query quickly and honestly.
I was then handed over the Kelly as my main point of contact and again every query was answered, they are a great team to work with.
The installation process of the Solar Panels and battery storage was very smooth and the workmen were amazing, It took 2 days to install and Luke helped me set everything up. The energy made so far has cut our consumption by 90% and we're looking forward to the rest of the year without bills
I would, and have recommended Nxtgen to everyone, they are efficient and honest, which was my main worry when I initially started searching.

Since the initial installation, we had a very small leak from a section of the roof. I called Nxtgen and they worked quickly to repair it, Luke and one other came within days and found the problem in minutes. They went above and beyond to fix the fault and check the whole roof for other possible problems.
I would use this company without any hesitation.

Really happy with the end to end process with Bobby art the start and Kelly keeping me informed al the way through. The panels are working albeit that we are now in December. Looking forward to higher power generation once the days start to get lighter!

I was a little unsure about whether or not to invest in Solar energy.

A very good friend of mine (Graham) did a stack of research and came up with NxtGen as a prospective supplier. To cut a long story short, I opted for a 12 panel system plus inverter etc. All ordered with NxtGen.

Once order underway, I was kept appraised at all stages as to what would happen and when. I did have, what I would describe as a couple of quite minor hiccups. I spoke to Kelly (the superstar in my book) who, as if by magic, Kelly made the hiccups disappear

Add to this, the great service from Conner plus Ben and the installation team.

The installation was quick and efficient. The installation of the inverter and battery in the garage was very neat.

The team were very friendly and quick to answer all the questions I asked.
They explained the process from start to finish and gave me great confidence in the Company.

My contact at the company had an excellent customer centred manner and went the extra mile to ensure a smooth process.

Fantastic company to deal with. Contacted them on the strength of positive reviews left by others and was thankful I did. I dealt with Steve who was extremely helpful and attentive throughout in guiding me to the correct (and not the most expensive) setup to meet our needs. The team had the DNO done, scaffolding up and job fully completed within 2 weeks of ordering despite my location being some 2.5hrs away from their base in Essex.
