I had a disappointing experience with…

I had a disappointing experience with NXGEN’s recruitment process. The communication was unclear from the start — timelines kept shifting, and follow-ups went unanswered. The interviewer came unprepared, asked irrelevant questions, and couldn’t explain the role properly, which felt unprofessional.

The job description and the actual interview were completely misaligned, and no feedback or closure was ever provided afterward. For a company that promotes innovation and professionalism, this experience didn’t reflect that at all.

I hope they work on improving their hiring process and the way they handle candidates.
