We were put in touch with NWD by the estate agent we bought the house through and sadly their service has been appalling. The communication is non existent unless they are sending through invoices which are extremely prompt. The errors are endless, they didn’t listen to the brief, and the final plans had so many mistakes that we are now trying to work around..
Steer clear would be my advice.
I do not recommend, limited contact throughout the long drawn out process of planning our extension. Only to find out many errors in the planning and scale. No apologies and nothing but demand for payment! Poor service. Thankfully we had a good building firm who could work around the mistakes, but we’re still out of pocket. Live and learn
