£21000 Lemon

I bought a caravan (Lemon) from these people £21000, and a £300 warranty that didn't cover the caravan because of it's age. It had a leak, dents all over the roof. The roof is bowed and turns into a swimming pool when it rains. Parts
missing from the inside. After a disagreement they decided to repair the leak replace the parts (quite a few months after I bought it) they kept the caravan most of the season. (Could that have been a slap on the wrist for arguing??). Whilst in storage it leaked again. Andrew came out photographed the leak put some tape over it and a date was set to have it repaired. Now the day before and email arrived saying that the repairer was behind in his work. I assumed it would be another long drawn out wait for it's return. They never said DON'T bring the caravan. A massive argument broke out as he didn't want me to leave the caravan. After almost 12 months of waiting and being messed around I insisted it stayed. Three times I tried to leave and the first time Andrew opened my car door and threw the keys inside hitting my passenger. The second time he threw the keys at my car scratching it. I drove off leaving the keys and caravan. Andrew sent an email saying that he was leaving the caravan on the street and I should return to remove it. I did later that evening to find that Andrew had put a lock on it. It sat on the street for nearly a week.I am now banned from the premises. PLEASE think twice about buying from this place. I have a pile of rubbish and I've lost all my pension.

Stay clear of this shop.

Terrible service. Took my awning here to be repaired 10 weeks ago because it was covered under warranty. To be messed around and lied to and excuses made until today. I now find out my awning isnt covered because it's got more damage now than when it went in the shop. To then receive an email and a quote .but the quote hadn't even been done on it it was just a lie to pacify me. they just lied to me and also slagged me off in this email to the other company. Citizens advice the courts and trading standards are now involved because of how they have treated me. 10 weeks of lies. When it was suppose to take 2 weeks to fix. All I want is what I was promised for my awning to be fixed under the warranty like I was told in the first place or a refund. But no you have broken my awning even more and then asking me to pay for it. It's a joke.
