Scamers
I paid for a .com domain registration nearly a month ago, and the money was immediately deducted from my account. However, the domain was never registered or provisioned to my account panel.

To make matters worse, their customer support is completely non-existent. I have raised multiple high-priority support tickets, and all of them have been completely ignored. There is zero responsiveness or accountability. Avoid this provider if you actually expect to receive the services you pay for!

Worst service I purchased a domain, but it remains in Pending status. When I contacted support, I was told that I need to buy hosting to get the domain activated, otherwise I have to wait 15 days.

This was not made clear to me before purchasing the domain. I don't think customers should be pressured into buying an additional hosting service just to activate a domain they have already paid for.

Support has also been slow/unresponsive, which has made the experience even more frustrating.

Very disappointing experience. I would expect transparent terms and timely domain activation.

I did the payment yesterday around 7 pm and the amount is deducted from my account but the invoice section shows unpaid even the contact pages, terms, privacy policy pages are inaccessible and beyond all this I tried contacting them from there mobile no and still they are not responding and the ticket raised shows the timing start from 12am and that's totally a scam and this site need to be banned as the payment is redirected to the ecodns technology and the upi id is paytmqr5uklw7@ptys

I made a payment of ₹242.78 for my domain registration, but even after completing the payment, the invoice is still showing as unpaid in my account. I have also contacted support and provided the payment screenshot for verification.

I’m currently waiting for the payment to be confirmed and the domain to be activated. The payment process and billing status should be handled more clearly and reliably.
