I originally ordered through tik tok…

I originally ordered through tik tok shop and had a bit of issue with Royal Mail as the the package arrived but nothing in the packaging.
I wanted the items still however tik tok shop could only refund me and not resend the order.

So then spoke to the seller and she made me aware this was an issue she was facing and regretfully confirmed tik tok can’t actually help. So she kindly sent the items herself! Free of charge may I add…

Really blown away with the level of customer service I received from this company because I guess new processes are always going to have teething problems. I am just very impressed how this issue was dealt with throughout.

I have now received the products which are super impressive quality especially considering the quality of my previous tik tok shop purchases. (Not from this shop may I add)

Would definitely buy from this business again! ☺️
