Very inflexible with defective items
I was a big fan of Nuwave because I had their 8qt air fryer. One day I dropped the door handle and it broke! Sadface. I was really happy to see they sold basket replacements on their website. I tried it on my machine and it did not work. They responded to me and basically said too bad, I need a new unit. They allowed me to return the basket, but I'd have to cover shipping. They also offering a very small discount for a new unit. I was upset about this and decided to move forward with another brand. When they finally gave me a refund, they also would not pay for the original shipping for the basket. Long story short, it ended up costing me $9 in total to return something that did not work. I left a similar review on their website which they have not published. I will never support this brand again.

Different lengths on each eye!!!!
My sister had a booked eye lash extension appointment. Having had lashes before, showed pictures and eye lash map. She left with eye lashes different lengths and a different shape on each eye! And her eyes are completely blood shot. I called back and they told me that they thought she wanted them like that and if we go back they can trim them. Are you joking!?? Super angry and disappointed! Never again!

buwave air fryer not worth the money
I bought a buwave air fryer. The big 14 quart and right off the bat the writing on the front started coming off. When you can’t see where to start the thing or turn up the temp or whatever that’s useless.
Purchased #47003 air purifier
Purchased #47003 air purifier, which I am very happy with. But when I tried to register it, a note said I would be sent an e-mail confirming this. I never received an e-mail. After trying many, many times I called Customer Service Feb 15th. They said The Register was not received. They were totally no help?

Just got Bravo XL door is broke paint chips on Trays called the company on the 877 phone number they don't want to do anything for you. You can send it back to them but you pay for shipping stay away from this company.
Nu Wave Bruhub coffee pot support is nonexistent
Bought Bruhub coffee pot. worked fine for awhile then plastic parts started breaking and falling off. Emailed twice a day for two weeks, call support every day for two weeks stayed waiting on phone for 30 minutes each time. Support is the lowest I have ever not contacted. Product is garbage.

Run from these crooks
Run from these crooks! I bought the Nuwave XLBravo and after receiving it was missing contents and defective smoking, burning etc. I contacted the corporate within three weeks less than 30 days to notify them and was told I would be required to pay return shipping! She could have submitted me a prepaid label, but no she expects me to spend $50 on shipping this huge appliance to them for a refund! I told her, name was Alyssa that to listen to the voice recording. I explained I was never informed I’d be responsible for shipping it back. I also pointed out that mine was defective and missing contents upon arrival which negates their so called return policy. This company is crooks, I read on BBB and they have horrible reviews for this same refund experience. I will be filing a complaint within ftc, consumer commission etc. I'm livid I'm stuck with this faulty product and forced to spend $50 for shipping their piece of defective merchandise back to them! 🤬🤬🤬🤬
Unbelievably dissatisfied with warranty policy and customer service
Let me start out by saying, I am not one of those people who gives a lot of public reviews for products, but I felt it necessary to post this review.
I was given a Nuwave brio 3 quart air fryer for Christmas from my grandmother. To be fair I loved the product when it worked from December until August. Unfortunately, the air fryer quit working altogether, and even though the company has a one-year warranty, if your grandmother does not keep a receipt, they are unwilling to do anything at all to rectify the situation.
The company was going to require my grandmother to go back to Belks and have a copy of the receipt printed before they would start a claim. Another aspect of their conflict resolution was to send me a link to re-purchase the product at a “discounted rate” and a simple Google search proved that you can buy the product for a minimum of a 20% discount on other websites than what was offered in the link.
In all fairness, the product is great when it works, but know that the lifespan, at least for me, is less than a year on their products, and when they fail, you are not given the time of day without proof of purchase.
Bottom line, do not purchase a NuWave product as a gift, and if you do, make sure you buy them from one of their “Licensed dealers”. If not, the warranty is void. If you buy one for yourself, make sure it’s from one of their “dealers” and keep a proof of purchase, because in all likelihood, you’ll be trying to get the company to replace it after 6 to 8 months of use.
