Appalling delivery
Appalling delivery. I ordered from Nuvita on 18 January - I am still waiting for my order. Email replies always apologise for the delay - but that makes no difference - its just lip service. Do NOT order from them.

This company does not deliver. Everytime they send an email to say its taking longer than usual, or the factory is being sanitized and one excuse after the other. They are scammers and should be banned from advertising on the internet! Do not buy from them!!!

Nutiva Care - poor after sales
I made my first order from Nuvita care which they started packing on 05/08/25,fully paid for. Today 19/09/25 still not delivered and no refund. I have accomedated them with some running around but it cannot be my responsibility to track and pay for the goods to get to me. They are expecting me to send more emails and make more calls to couriers I did not choose. I PAID, I DID NOT GET, GIVE MY MONEY BACK OR GET IT DELIVERED. DONT SEND ME LITTLE ELECTRONIC GIFTS WHICH WILL COST ME.
