I have been trying to reach out to…

I have been trying to reach out to Nuvision for the last years to receive payoff statements so I could make payments on vehicle.I am
Co borrower which means that I have equal access to the account. I got remarried current spouse is not liking the fact that I can’t get Ex spouse accounts squared away because it is messing up the insurance policy.I made two attempts to payoff vehicle at Hayward location brought in 7k in cash they refuse to provide me account information when I’m the coborrower instead they tried to call cops on me.I spoke to internal affairs at Hayward PD on the phone they told just leave and file civil case so I don’t get in trouble. I filed a Congressional and White House complaint for investigation of racial discrimination. I never received anything in writing stating that I could not step foot in a bank.I also filed a Civil rights and federal lawsuit against Nuvision for calling the Cops when I was trying to payoff my Vehicle
