Awful product; shady company

First off, you can get the exact same unit from China for less than half the cost but honestly don't bother. These things are absolute garbage. You're lucky if they last over a year and their warranty is terrible. They only warranty specific parts. Extremely shady company.

Defective Product and No Customer Service

I received my Chiller Pro on September 4, 2025. After setting it up and turning it on, it leaks badly from the hose that connects the pump into the chiller. Today is September 20, and I have been attempting to contact them to process a replacement since September 5. They provide no phone number and only give you an email address, number to text, and an online form submission. I have tried all three contact methods multiple times with no response. I have contacted them on Facebook and Instagram with no response. I am now discovering that it’s not just me experiencing this, but instead it is a recurring problem with them. There is no customer service available. Do not buy from them unless they get this resolved.

Terrible experience with broken unit

Unit stopped chilling.
Communication was slow with customer support. Mike at Nuvio quit responding. No response to my emails in over 10 days. Out money and with a product that doesn’t work.

Poor quality. Constantly asking for replacement parts

Response time from customer service is great. Cold plunges are great. Product quality SUCKS.
1) my pod arrived with a hole in the rim so the rim would not remain inflated.
2) they quickly replaced it.
3) three months later the pump broke.
4) it arrived after the slow boat from China brought it over.
5) a week after I got the replacement pump, the replacement pod sprung a leak on the bottom.

If I could give ZERO stars for quality, I would. The closest to ZERO is one star.

Don’t try this company unless you are a very patient person willing to constantly wait for replacement parts.

Not even close to what the site…

Not even close to what the site promised. Found the same plunge on AliExpress for $89. I paid over $500. Shameful.

Horrible Customer Service and the original product

Nuvio has a great system if it was dependable, there are so many things that went wrong with the system and the absolute worse thing is the lack of customer service. There is no number to call you can only leave an email, which i did but the responses are quite slow and trying to solve the problem is a major challenge trying to cummicate this way. I asked for a new system while it was still under warranty as the device was not reading correctly and not cooling. They sent several instructions to get it to work and finally I was able to get it to cool but they never replaced the unit so now that I am "out of warranty" they say that they will send parts 9 days ago, i follow up and they say the warehouse is shipping the parts, i follow up and they say that my unit is out of warranty. I asked them to replace my unit with the upgraded unit that does not have this problem and im willing to buy it at a discount. They tell me they can't offer a discount and my unit is out of warranty. I bought my unit in June of 2024, it currently does not cool nor does water flow through. I have gotten countless answers from them and none of them are consistent or true. Buy at your own risk, if it works you are set but if not you are toast. Order#6941

Fast response

Got a reply to my customer service message within about 12 hours and a follow-up the day after that, very happy with that. Replacement part is on the way now that will solve my problem (which I caused by myself by stepping on one of the pieces hahaha).

Leaks

Leaks, flimsy, and feels super cheap. Found it on Shopee a day later. Same tub, same valves, no branding. Not worth what they charge.

Really poor quality

Really poor quality. I looked it up and it’s literally the same product being sold on AliExpress for a quarter of the price. Total scam.

Inflatable quality is terrible

Inflatable quality is terrible, and the cooling system barely works. Searched online and found the exact tub on Alibaba. Never again.

I had a small issue with my pump

I had a small issue with my pump, and the customer service team were able to get a replacement arranged for me very quickly. They even reached out later to check if it had solved the problem (which it had). Very great, thank you!

This product has never worked from the…

This product has never worked from the beginning. I requested a refund, but was told it could not be refunded because it was “used.” The reality is that we have never been able to use it at all.
The sauna is the same way it does not work, and the company refuses to take responsibility.
⚠️ Please do not invest in these products. The company does not stand behind what they sell or support their customers when problems arise. They also refuse to send me my refund Celia Velazquez

Not working, no customer service

Product doesnt work & customer service won't help

I purchased two products from Nuvio, one being the chiller and the other being the long recovery pod. After three months the chiller stopped working and the recovery pod had a leak from the beginning.

The customer support team at Nuvio is responsive, but unwilling to help fix or replace any products. They string you along asking for videos and making you try different things, none of which actually help. Once I requested a refund or a product replacement they went completely dark on me. Stay away from this company.

Customer support is terrible

Customer support is terrible. The product will have issues and you will be at the mercy of “Charlie” in support to resolve an issue. Its taken me 2 months to get the simplest response with no explanation. Try contacting and talking to a human before purchasing - you cant!

It’s very slow to cool down a…

It’s very slow to cool down a regular-sized tub. Mine takes 6-8 hours to go from 20°C to 6°C. I bought it hoping to run it for 1–2 hours each night while I work out, then come back for a plunge. But the reality is I have to leave it on all day or all night, which blocks the tub from normal use. Not great. I have the Recovery Chiller for Ice Bath.
