i had Kidney failure in 2001. My doctor told me to take L-Glutamine, 3 TBS 4x daily and in 9 weeks my kidneys test high normal. Even the doctor said that was impossible but it wat his labs test and I felt totally different with no pain and lots of energy Thanks to L-Glutamine in bulk. Capsules would never have been helpful. Eights capsules equal one rounded teaspoon.
