Love geeks products. Easy to order. Information on potential benefits clearly set out. Delivery is quick and products well packaged. Collagen is tasteless and dissolves easily. Most important- felt a difference with the magnesium product almost within 2 days! So feel it really works for both muscle relaxation and sleep.

Don’t honor their deals, poor customer care.
Very disappointed with my first experience ordering from Nutrition Geeks.
I placed my order after adding a promotion that clearly showed a free Magnesium Glycinate in my basket at £0.00. The website allowed me to complete checkout without any warning that the offer had expired. However, when I received my order confirmation, the free item had been removed.
When I contacted customer services, I was told the promotion had ended at 10:00 pm. If that was the case, the website should not have continued displaying the free item in my basket or allowed me to place the order without notifying me that I was no longer eligible.
I explained that I felt this was misleading and asked if they would honour the offer. Rather than trying to resolve the issue or offer any goodwill gesture, they simply repeated that the promotion had ended. I then informed them I’d left this review, and their response was simply, “Thank you.”
It’s not about the value of the free item—it’s about customer service and honouring what your website showed at checkout. A little effort to resolve the situation would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience has left me disappointed, and I won’t be rushing to order again.

Very good quality collagen powder and for real that doesn’t affect your drink at all, I personally use it every morning in my coffee and is just so simple to get 12.6 grams of good quality protein. I definitely recommend it.
