I’ve been eating their meals for the last year and a half and feel so much better for it. Just had the Loma Linda Apple & Goldenberry Salad and it’s my new favorite.

Love these ready made meals. Feeling so healthy and have more energy. Meals are tasty and easy to prepare.

Just had the turkey meatballs and they were so amazing. I love that healthy food can taste so good.

They were great, but nothing has compared to Nutrition for Longevity. Theirs meals are so full of flavor, change weekly and fit my nutrient needs. I will continue to order as they are the best for me.

I have to say, I’ve tried a lot of meal planning/meal delivery services over the past few years. I was looking for something easy, affordable and most of all, healthy! Most of the services out there will have you believing that their meals are healthy, but when you actually receive the product you find that it’s full of oil and/or sugar, it’s lacking the fresh vegetables you saw in the pictures, it’s difficult and time consuming to prepare the meals, it’s too expensive for the quality and taste, etc.

Nutrition for Longevity is different from these other services in that it makes up for every area the other services are lacking. Meals come to your doorstep, prepared and delivered FRESH, not frozen. The meals are made entirely of organic vegetables, whole grains, and fruits and contain low amounts of fat and sugar. The meals are effortless, ready to grab and go, and the most work I’ve ever had to do is remove the packaging and microwave them. The meals are delicious and satisfying, and all the guesswork of counting calories is nonexistent.

The meals are reasonably priced and totally worth the cost considering the time they save you by eliminating meal planning, grocery shopping, counting calories and portioning and weighing food, and cooking. In addition, the peace of mind you get knowing that each meal will be tasty, satisfying and truly healthy is pretty priceless.

Take it from me, I’ve done my research and have completed many trial sessions of food delivery services. This one is the best.

I never usually write reviews but I have to say the food was not good at all. I'd prefer frozen meals to this. It is extremely bland, not fresh (many of my greens were already brown just after unpacking), and the food is packaged in plastic containers so not as sustainable as they sound on their website. I'm trying to salvage some of the food with my own seasoning as not to be wasteful but the textures are off too so some things are just inedible.

I love these meals, absolutely delicious and also surprisingly filling. I'm hooked!

I want to compliment N4L's customer service, in particular, Max, who went above and beyond to fix my account. I am impressed with the commitment he had to remedy my situation. It is my first experience ordering N4L, and he prevented me from canceling my subscription altogether. I haven't had the best outcomes with "subscription-type" businesses, and N4L's is the best! i’ve tried almost every meal delivery service out there and i noticed that most of them run into problems with delivering on time, food arriving cold, and packaging issues. i’ve been getting N4L 5 day meal kits for 9 months now. seldom have there been any issues, but when there were the staff was quick to resolve and provided such great customer service. i love the new box it came to my house looking pristine, as did the meals. the bruschetta salad was to die for. i plan to switch to “pick your meals,” so that i can always order multiple of my faves!

Over the past few weeks there's been a complete 180 in customer service. My emails are replied to same day and the team that answers my phone calls are so pleasant and cheerful. I really am looking forward to getting my next delivery! Great work Nutrition for Longevity!

Food arrives warm and damaged. Sends incorrect meals. Customer service is terrible and unwilling to issue a refund for their own errors. I recommend using a different meal delivery service, as this one is 100% unreliable and does not value the customer.

Meals were incredibly delicious (the best I’ve had from any meal service) , real fresh and beyond tasty. I can’t believe they’re actually good for me ;) customer service has also been great. So happy with my purchase which was my “reward” for finishing the prolon fast,but honestly I’d order this food just for the taste.

I am writing this review late but needed to warn folks.

Bought this for my Dad so he could have healthy meals with me being away. Before it was shipped, the day after, he let me know he didn’t want it so I cancelled. Five days later I contacted them to ask when I would be refunded, no response, so I followed up another four days after. They finally responded letting me know they decided to ship. I decided to let it go.

Later, my Dad gets the food and let’s me know some of it seems rotten. Package was puffy and smelled bad. When I finally get to his home a few days later, I found items that were to be eaten at a further date were in fact spoiled. After looking through the food sent, I also realize he was sent the wrong food. He was to get meals with fish and chicken. It was all vegan. Since time had passed and they do not respond to messages I choose to let it go.

The box arrived half open and most items thawed.
Quite tasteless with each meal having the same taste.
Very disappointed

The meals I received were full of flavor and great ingredients. I will be ordering again!

I had a great experience with Nutrition For Longevity, the customer service is amazing, very fast responding and willing to please the customer, I can recommend 100% anyone to give them a try... you might end up loving this program 😉

My experience with Nandi was excellent. She was quick to respond and find solutions. I hope to have better luck with future deliveries and packaging.
