Great company

Great company. I ordered the wrong product by accident, emailed them and they replied straight away and amended my order. Received in quick time. Highly recommended

Amazing experience

Item received as described and almost on time. The only concern is they don't reply or respond to emails which can get customer very worried and scared. After placing my order due to their silent I wrote a bad review for lack of communication and information about my order, if they were in communication with me I would have had patience to wait until it arrived know it will. However, I received the item safely so many thanks.

Very poor service

Very poor service . I am extremely disappointed with the poor instructions and information by customer service and on website.
If there are any returns needed the customer has to pay for the return charges . Which I did and than there was incomplete information provided on process of return . The courier couldn’t find safe place or persons to deliver the return and failed to deliver .

There response time is very poor . There is no appropriate and convenient and fast way to contact the customer services .

I’m impressed! Amazing customer service!

I’ve ordered from Nutriplex a couple of times now and they send out VERY quickly. This time Royal Mail screwed up and my parcel has been stuck at a mail centre for over a week when it should have been 24 delivery (NOT Nutriplex’s fault). I contacted Nutriplex and they responded the same day saying they will put a formal claim in with RM to send to me ASAP and have sent me a replacement in the meantime. EXCELLENT and polite customer service. This is how you keep us coming back…thank you!

Incorrect items received and no correspondence!unsure on legitimacy of company..

Ordered £77 worth of cream as it’s a cream I use long term from this company. Delivery was fast so I was initially happy however opened the packet to 3 tubes of the wrong cream. Invoice included in the packet stated the cream I had ordered vs what I had received. You get no confirmation emails when placing orders, Unable to log on to your account on this website and the “password reset” option doesn’t do anything. No other contact details for this company other than an email address whom I contacted this morning to ask to address this error but have had no response, despite offering to return the wrongly sent items in exchange for the creams I ordered.

I now have spent £77 on 3 tubes of cream I cannot use.
Unsure if this company is legit due to all of the above…..

Issue with the order sorted

Update for a negative review left previously.
Order issue been finally sorted. Parcel received with all items in a good condition and with the long use by dates. Customer service contacted me few times to update on the process.

Never received my order, no tracking provided.
No one replying to the emails.
Just waste of time and money.

UPDATE
nutriplex replied with not true information. Saying they replied to my email within an hour. I have a proof that they replied this morning, a day later. And I believe only after I left 1 star on trust pilot.
Tracking was provided but parcel is not delivered since 15th of August and there is no information whats happening with the order.

And this is my proof, at least check your email at the bottom!!!! Email was forwarder 26th at 11.17, then on the trustpilot you saw bad review and decide to act on 27th of August.

And if you call me a liar then show me the proof of delivery.

I can see you change your tone a bit after a showed a proof , I would like to see some proof that my order, which i placed on the 12th of August, has been delivered to me. But today is 27th of August and still nothing.

We were surprised to see your review, as the situation you describe does not reflect what actually happened.

On the very same morning you contacted us (at 9:07 AM), we replied within less than an hour (at 10:03 AM) with a full update, including your Royal Mail tracking number YA029989921GB (Tracked 48), and confirmation that your order had already been processed and dispatched on the same day.

The tracking link and address details were provided in our reply, showing clearly that your parcel was in the hands of Royal Mail. Once dispatched, delivery is fully managed by the courier, and while we always do our best to support our customers, delays or issues that may occur in transit are unfortunately outside our direct control.

We take pride in providing fast processing, clear communication, and genuine care for our customers. In your case, all information was shared promptly and transparently. That is why we believe your comment about “no tracking provided” and “no replies to emails” is simply not accurate.

We always go the extra mile for our customers, listen to their needs, and provide support whenever it is required. We kindly ask that you reconsider your review, as it does not reflect the effort and service we provided to you.

UPDATE:
You, Svetlana, wrote to us once on 26 August at 09:07, asking for the tracking number of your parcel. Please note that 25 August was a UK Bank Holiday and 26 August was our non-working day, which is why your email was processed on the next working day.

We replied to you on 27 August at 10:03, providing the tracking number you requested and confirming that your parcel had been dispatched. After that, we did not receive any further messages from you.

Moreover, the Royal Mail tracking history clearly shows the following steps:
• label purchased and shipment created,
• parcel dispatched,
• parcel received by Royal Mail,
• parcel in transit,
• and finally, the status “ready for delivery / delivery scheduled.”

This means the parcel has been in the courier’s hands and was scheduled for delivery, but for reasons beyond our control, it was not delivered to you yet. As you can understand, this is not our fault.

If you had contacted us again after our reply, we could have investigated with Royal Mail on your behalf, or even sent you a replacement order free of charge without waiting for the original parcel.

Unfortunately, instead of reaching out, you left a negative review on 27 August at 11:49 — less than two hours after our email reply.

Highly recommend

I was very dubious to make an order at first however, took the risk and glad I did, I have made two orders now with Nutriplex. I have not received a confirmation of my order for either order or any tracking but both have been delivered within a few days of placing the order. The products are genuine and will continue to order in the future.

Hard to come by products available and fast delivery

I found Nutriplex by chance and was excited to see it had all the types of skincare that I currently use. I was a little sceptical, especially as there were a few negative reviews.
I placed my order on Friday 13 June and received it today, 16th. Very pleased with the products I ordered and the quick delivery, I will definitely buy again.

10 out of 10 service and I really mean that from start to finish even after I had placed the order the response time back with my Royal Mail tracking number is something else rapid easy to order outstanding customer service and I’m so happy with my Tret cream 100 % real 1000% quality will be ordering from them again Kermit up guys and really appreciate it
