Do not recommend.

$330 worth of probiotics left sitting in the sun on a hot day for 8 hours before I could get home to rescue them.
They weren’t packed in any insulating material, so are ruined.
I expect a delivery method that gets the goods to me in good condition.
I had no response to my email about this issue.
Terrible service, cannot recommend.

Never again

I thought, wrongfully, that nutricity.com.au was an Australian store. But they don't appear to have an Australian address and my order is still in transit from the U.S. I've now been waiting a month for my delivery which is beyond ridiculous in this day and age.

Don’t bother

The product came from the US instead of within AUS so it took forever to arrive even though I paid extra for express. Worst customer service. They take forever to reply and when they offered a 50% refund they never processed it…

Ordered on the basis it was “available”…

Ordered on the basis it was “available” with express shipping paid only for 2 weeks later (still waiting for items to be shipped) to send an email seeking my order arrival. No response at all provided and 1 week later my item delivered. Not impressed at all with the order process and lack of customer response process. Will not be ordering from here again.

We ordered and paid and then absolutely…

We ordered and paid and then absolutely nothing for weeks, no phone number to ring, just and email address, and all email were answered with an automatic reply. I was starting to wonder whether the whole thing was a scam. After I asked my bank to retrieve our payment, I finally received a proper answer and the money was returned.

Bet this website is a SCAM

I ordered a 3 month supply tablets on the 6th of September for $163. Till now it has not been shipped. I've emailed their help desk for updates and NO RESPONSE. So I decided to cancel the order and ask for a refund by emailing their returns department and again NO RESPONSE. I seriously believe that I have been scammed with my money. I'm so frustrated that I can't get hold off anyone from the company. To top it off their phone number on the website is a dud. U call and it disconnects. Pathetic website and thieves who work there n run it.
