I was in need of some 100% pure Tea Tree Oil fast. I suffer from acne and this stuff used daily keeps it at bay. Could have bought locally but decided to do some research on the net first to see where it can be bought the cheapest. Found the Nuricentre Website placed my order on the website and checkout was easy to use and fast. I didn't realise they had already dispatched my order so quickly until the next day when it showed up in my morning post. So extremely happy with the purchase will definitely be buying from again. Also cost including delivery based much cheaper than buying the stuff locally.

Incompetent
Won't be using again. We had originally ordered two boxes of Coconut and Macademia Protein Bliss only to receive 2 individuals. Called up and explained an they assured it would be rectified. Second delivery was again two individuals! Called, emailed and called again. Spoke to a Charles, Adam and a so-called manager called James who said he would send an email to confirm that everything would be sorted and it never arrived. We have now received our products two weeks after order, however a very bad taste has been left in our mouthes over an issue. All of this for products which were less than £30.
Their customer service were very confused, lacked assertiveness and order management system is a shambles. I would rather spend more elsewhere than use them again.

Avoid - ignored emails, promised refund hasn't appeared, no answer to Paypal dispute
I can't really add much to the other negative reviews here. They've taken my money for a product they didn't tell me was out of stock, promised a refund (3 weeks ago), ignored my multiple emails since then, and I've received no product.
The lack of communication and many other customers on Facebook with the same problems really do make it feel like either a scam, or a company that's going into administration but hasn't made it official yet.

I ordered several different kinds of health food supplements from The Nutricentre. All of which were shown to be in stock. Only two items turned up and those were many weeks apart. I sent numerous enquiries and complaints but to no avail. I received one reply stating that they were undergoing a "logistical change". This was an obvious fob-off.
It has now been 3 MONTHS since I placed my order. I feel like this company has stolen from me by taking my money and not sending me the goods I am owed.
Learn from my mistake.
