This shredded my nuts literally. The blade is so rough it cuts everytime. Really disappointing for me.

Excellent customer service, well informed on my delivery and the staff member I dealt with was first class.

I don’t normally fill out these review forms, but for these guys I’ll gladly make an exception.
Their products are top-shelf and do exactly what is claimed they will do. I couldn’t be happier with doing business with them.
They obviously know what they are doing and have turned out items that are light years ahead of anything that’s ever been introduced in this category.

Incredible customer service, my package got lost, they replied within 20 hours (which is impressive when you take into account the 13 hour time difference) and sent me a replacement less than a minute after I asked for one. Cannot wait to try out the groomer, if it's half as good as their customer service it'll be incredible!

Neither the nutbag trimmer or nose hair trimmer work well for me.
Despite following the instructions for the nutbag trimmer it has cut me every time I have used it.
The nose hair trimmer simply does not properly trim all visible nose hairs.

Honestly torn the quality of the unit is great but trimming is not, as I was expecting a closer cut like other body trimmers. The units are meant to non cutting and they still cut at times.

Order was easy and they came relatively quickly seeing they come from Australia (didn’t realise this when I ordered it and it makes it impossible to return) however they cut my husband in two places the first time he used them! Seriously!

Total waste of money cuts your nuts the battery lasted all of 10mins
Pointless returning it as you have to pay to send it to Australia
You are better off with a normal safety razor

Bought this product as I wanted to give a competitor a go and not buy from the market leaders. Poor choice. In short my blades have become dull and won’t cut after less than 5 uses.

They sell replacement blades and I understand wear and tear but would have expected the original set of blades to last longer than they have.

I reached out to customer services over a month ago and they have neither responded or acknowledged my complaint.

There are so many other companies out there offering similar products so I implore you to give the other companies a go and avoid this mob like the plague!

Pretty sh!t to be honest, already cut myself on first use. Reviews seemed legit, might be fake but I Thought it’d be rubbish before purchasing and I was right. No point returning so kept for display.

Total waste of money. Used the Groomer without the guard an nicked myself twice - worse than using a wet shave razor. The one star rating is for the packaging!

The shaver itself feels great in the hand non-slip but smooth.
Not overwhelmed with needless attachments and accessories.
The overall shave itself is fantastic.
Nice how-to card will help for newbies.
I've used many things over the years to get the job done but this Nutbag shaver has really changed the game for me.
If you like the idea of your partner actually asking to feel your smoothness then you have to pick but this Nutbag product.
I will be collecting the full Nutbag range over coming weeks as the quality and services I have got so far is great.

I have always been very weary of ‘grooming’ products in the past, however I was pleasantly surprised after purchasing this groomer. Easy to use, easy to clean, and always with great results. I thoroughly recommend this groomer, to anyone who is a ‘sceptic’, like I once was.

The machine is not powerful as you guys advertised and the machine is not that in good quality. It won’t even worth $20. Also it wont cut to even 0.5 level. Just fake advertising.

Communication from the supplier was excellent and delivery was prompt. This is the first "dedicated" male personal grooming product I have purchased and it's definitely better than trying to use something designed for facial areas. The price represents good value, and so far I am very pleased with the results.
