I've tried over and over again to contact them about recovering my account and sent them a email but they never responded back. Tried again and again and same thing. They are not reliable and I would not spend my money with them either these types of business practices

I played Cumm & Gun for few days and I getfun time playing it.Sincerely,it kinda addicted.Just one issue that make me really upset,I had downloaded Cumm & Gun app and when I open Nataku App,there is play button on the game.The plot is when I tried to enter the game it downloading all datapack again and again...I'm not lying.My Cumm & Gun game consume 1.74GB in storage and it downloading the data game again until up to 3GB.Lastly,the whole time and data I used to downloading a nonsense datapack get reset for no reason and force me to download it again...How I know it reset?When I checked game info the game strorage decrease to normal and when I opened my telecommunication application,I found out my data been used for this nonsense downloading...Please fix it because I have a fun time playing your game and thats why you deserve 4-Star.

I spent about 4k usd or more, there's an issue in unlocking Coral's pose after I bought it.
CS will just copy paste from script and reply you the same thing, clear cache, reinstall, should be fixed, wait one day..
January 2021 - I submitted ticket, CS copy paste email reply script, says they can't solve it and deleted record.
October 2021 - I tried to contact CS again for the same thing, and yeah they never dissapoint me they still never fix it and lie to me, being ambiguous until I scold them.

currently theres no unlock issues but so laggy and crash so often, they're improving, but still bad, better just remove ad from nutaku and watch P*rn.

All freaking pay to win most games force you to pay to have fun

I loved almost all games, tehy're great, until you meet the point when there is a lot of donations and etc.

Some of their games are great, but be careful spending your money and especially your time there. Their customer service is responsive but not helpful for in game purchase problems, deferring almost completely to the game devs. I spend some Nutaku Gold in Sacred Sword Princesses and did not get what was advertised. After more than a week with customer service who could only relay information, the devs came back with an ambiguous answer on what happened and still did not give me what I didn't get initially. I asked Nutaku to refund me the Nutaku Gold I spent on that purchase, just 100 Nutaku Gold (less than $1), and Nutaku cancelled my
entire Nutaku account, including several other games I spent money and a lot of time on. I was promised a full refund of my real money though. For me at least, Nutaku was all about protecting the devs, even when the devs acted wrongly, and as soon as they saw I wouldn't take it laying down, they just kicked me off their platform.

Games are great and everything but seems they have Issues with their Payment via Bitcoin.
I bought 2 Nutaku Gold Starter Sets on their Website (500+500 Bonus Nutaku Gold each) with Btc and only got 500 Nutaku Gold overall, and even had to contact their Support after waiting Days for my Delivery.
So basically be careful if you plan on buying N-Gold.

Literally. It's bad, its games are repetitive, they're easily modded (yet they'll still ban you for the hacks; there's no point other than scamming out the user via micro payments). Just avoid it at all costs
