I've been buying these wax melts for a while. They are amazing. Beautiful fragrance, long lasting and good value. The customer service is second to none, well packed and quick delivery from order time. I highly recommend Nuscents for wax melts!

I ordered the Billie Eilish perfume and…
I ordered the Billie Eilish perfume and Ariana Grande ‘cloud’ perfume- I don’t know if the Eilish perfume was like the original but it smelled nice and lasted hours in my skin- however, the Cloud perfume, whilst it smelled similar to the original, with around 70% accuracy- it barely lasted a minute on my skin and clothes, which was disappointing as I was most looking forward to this one.
Update:
Unsure if it was time that was needed but I gave these a try again and the Cloud perfume does last a long time on clothes, so would say am happy and changed to 4 stars.

We work hard on our perfume formulas, and this shouldn't/wouldn't be the case, as it's essentially a 20% fragrance formula and the scent wouldn't just disappear.
After a few minutes, the scent should begin to settle, and should sit for hours - we don't often get issues with EDP.
It can be the case that you might get better results another time, such as when the weather colder, or in the evening. Personally, there are well known perfumes I wear which appear stronger on one day than another - merely a day by day thing, and much of it is down to what I've smelled that day, or what I'm already wearing, etc.
This isn't a passing off, and I'm glad the Eilish was to expectations. But if there's anything we can do for you regarding the Cloud EDP, please do get in touch with us via our website and I'll work with you. I'm happy to have more a discussion about it, or work at remedying your disappointment else how if not.

Found Nuscents around 8 months ago and have been ordering ever since 😊 I have only tried the waxes but there are lots of other products to try. My favourite scents are Lime Basil & Mandarin 😍 and Cosy Pjs 😍 the XL bars are amazing and definitely XL! Well worth the price too. Amazing company, with fast delivery, i would highly recommend x

Cheap for a reason, extremely poor.
After seeing this company pop up a couple of times I decided to give them a try. Received my first order of 20 of the sample pots that's were on offer.
Out of the 20 I received, 3 smell remotely decent, the others have barely any smell. They have a massive sunk hole in the middle & as soon as you remove the lid it breaks!
I seen how they recently treated a customer on their Facebook group, quite rude, not a company I'm prepared to give my cash to.
Constantly bombarded with emails, only ordered a week ago.
The waxes are cheap for a reason, wouldn't recommend at all.

You're right - our wax is cheap for a reason. Setting up and running a business operation such as ours, there are a lot of productivity efficiencies we've worked to, which include investment in equipment, work spaces and storage solutions which run down key ongoing overheads. Our spend on fragrance means we are one of a few privately owned wax businesses which work directly with manufacturers. And when ordering through third party suppliers, we tend to purchase their largest advertised product or special order weight from them so as to achieve a price point which allows us to sell at the price we do. It's the same with everything from wax to boxes and other packaging materials, and glass. Usually meeting thresholds and going direct.
It's at times been a risky strategy, and works on volume. There are no cutting corners, or putting any less fragrance in a product that a smaller business might. You don't grow loyal customer bases with an inferior product. We grew ours on creating this price gap. That's just a truth.
In addition to our cost conscious pricing, I refer to your comments about how a customer had been spoken to in our Facebook group. You'll be very well aware that we pointed out having a 4K camera system in place over our packing table - this allows us to further save on the sending out of additional product, or refunding in the cases somebody makes a false claim as to having not received an item.
The system, in place since January 2023, cost around £700 from memory and paid for itself within around five months from the saving of COST (not end product) due to fraudulent claims. 92% of claims a product didn't arrive are fraudulent - other businesses have to suck this up, we actually advise other businesses on our set up, such is the rife nature of this.
This has the added benefit for genuine customers in that we're very quickly able to distinguish where we've made mistakes, and everybody knows everybody is sincere. In those cases, we bend over backwards. In saving thousands a year from adopting various fraud prevention techniques, we're able to better maintain our much loved price point.
That the customer chose to suggest an item wasn't received in what was a private Facebook group is their judgement, but in leaving this unresponded and visible to our community, it would then look bad on us. The decision to have those lines of communication where the customer was asked to check her box again wasn't done in a way as to call them out, and such is social media, our loyal customers were bound to jump to our defence on the matter.
I'm sorry this for some reason upset you, it is true that you cannot please everybody.
I take on board your comments about emails. They're a vital part of our marketing strategy. I get annoyed at emails from companies at times, but unsubscribe if they become an issue - I don't fault people for wanting to unsubscribe, I guess we can see that as customers potentially put off or lost. I'm sorry you felt there were too many - at times, I would.

I've been ordering from this company for about 6 months now and the products are amazing the wax melts smell superb I love the XL bars they last a long time I do make large orders at one time as the quality is so good I don't want to run out I use them everyday and it leaves your house smelling amazing even the postman can smell it outside when we get post and deliveries we get lots of compliments I would and have recommended this company ro people

Beautiful scents
My delivery came today on time, I ordered 10 of the XL snap bars they are all incredible scents they last ages, it’s not the case of using the melts once, I use them 2 to 3 times and the fragrance is still there, they last hours, I don’t buy from the high street anymore, the quality and ingredients is far better than most places I’ve bought wax melts from before, and there is so much to choose from, and the price is good especially the XL snap bars, I would highly recommend having a look and try for yourself, you won’t be disappointed, It would be nice if they put a free sample in every now and again just to try something different to what I usually order.

I use 8 hours tea lights per day and clean out the burner at the end Could get more than 8 hours but I’m just soo excited to smell the next scent I change mine every day

Awful burnt wax smell
Customer service is great, however the wax melts are awful.
At first smell in the packet I very surprised as I could smell the brunt wax smell that happens once the wax melt needs changing. The scents all smelt like this and if they weren’t labelled I wouldn’t have have a clue what scents they were meant to be.
I lit them to give them a fair chance and my opinion only got worse, I couldn’t smell any scent on any of them, just the burnt wax smell and a family actually asked ‘what on earth is that smell’.
Very very disappointed!!!!!

Honest opinion from an ex wax melt business owner!
I have seen this company loads of times and as I no longer am in the wax melt industry I thought that it was about time I placed an order!
Lovely website, great option of scents, Prices are amazing, shipping was super quick so they've really impressed me there however..
The wax melts all have this odd smell to them and then the smallest scent throw of the fragrances I picked..they are what I would have sold as "waxidents" as you can tell they've been rushed..all bumpy on the backs and not cleaned up around the edges after being taken out of the moulds.
My honest first opinion was i want to return these, however as I haven't melted them yet, I want to see if the scent throw and smell are any better once melted (I will update my review after this)
