Ineptitude leading to price hike
The booking form doesn’t ask for passport details for internal flights. They confirm the booking then call and say you need to provide passport copy. When this is done the price has gone up by a quarter - too late to change the booking as flight leaves in 4 hours. Thieves.

Your website is ALWAYS having problems. In fact, I still cannot run a flight search on your website. I get error 509. So I had to book through your app. Why don't you actually invest $$ to increase your bandwidth to improve your website performance. Stop finding ways to save money!!!
