I believe this company is a scam

I believe this company is a scam. The number is always busy and the online helper wouldn't give me another number, and definitely was not from the USA. Very poor English vocabulary. Buyer beware. No way can they sell the products this low. It would cost more to ship, and they say free shipping.

Item not received - NO response from sender

I have contacted Nurzery multiple times via email regarding my item not being received. ZERO response and over a month out - I'm still out of my $150! UPS has processed the claim, I started and approved it but have not received paperwork back from Nurzery to receive the funds! There is ZERO contact information anywhere for this company other than an email address they do not respond to. Fraudulent company!!!

I wish I could review the product but…

I wish I could review the product but haven't received it. It is tracking as not moved in Utah for the last 4 days. Why would it have shipped from Michigan to Utah when we live near Phila., Pennsylvania?

Totally disappointed!!

Crib in white

We bought this crib for our son n daughter in law. Gave it to them last night but have not unboxed it yet since nursery is not ready for it yet. Will review again once it is set up. buddy

Wants to Serve Well

After ordering two kids' sleeping bags online, I discovered that neither was available. The website should have been updated to reflect this. The company invited me to ask for a refund or find substitutes, honored the original price and discount, and eventually sent two bags I picked out. They seemed to make sure that I was pleased with my purchase and their service.

Very poor communication.

I ordered 2 sleeping bags on 12/5 & the money was debited from my account the next day. I received an email with my order confirmation & then nothing. I finally emailed for an update & got a response that they were being shipped. On 12/13 I got an email that all of my order was shipped. On 12/16 I received 1 sleeping bag not 2 like I ordered & not like according to the email my full order. Once again I had to email & ask where the other sleeping bag was. The answers was it was on BACKORDERED but a rush had been put on it the warehouse. These were going to be Christmas presents for my twin granddaughters. I felt by ordering 20 days before Christmas should have been plenty of time to receive them. Now I don't know if I will be able to give them as presents since I only have ONE!!!! Not very good communication and all. I definitely should have been told that 1 would be on backorder as soon as I placed the order.

Great service

Ordered Safety 1st Grow and Go car seat. It shipped in 3 business days and came in no time. And I liked getting Facebook messages updates about my order. Amazing prices, great service!

Fantastic!!?

Both lawn chairs were perfect and already put together! Third chair is a princess rocking chair. Her daddy had it together in ten minutes. She loves it! But she doesn't like all the pictures we have been taking of her. Lol
