Received email confirming my order of $28 dollars but non of the links are working The files that I downloaded cannot be open. It is nothing but trick to steal your money and make you feel as a fool!
Watch out for the cost it changes plus never ever receive the items I ordered by the way… scammers galore 😡
Nothing but smoke and mirrors. First, they lead you to believe that you will receive nicely illustrated printed notes, then then they tell you (and add an additional charge for) that it's a digital download only. Then after you pay, they tell you it's a text only document and none of the illustrated pages are included unless you pay 3x the price you already paid. Then the link to the digital download doesn't work so you don't even get the falsely represented product you paid for.
In December 2024, I ordered study notes that I never received. I ordered an additional box in which I downloaded the app SHOP to track my order and I never received that either. I attempted to email several times and never got a response. Just recently the Nursing Study Notes site popped up onto my Instagram feed and then all of a sudden I’m receiving emails for me to subscribe without filling out anything. I have sent an additional email as well as on their site a complaint to the support department and I have yet to receive a response.
I just want what I purchased because I paid for it. This is bad business and leads me to believe this could be fraud. A scam site taking peoples money and then disappearing. We are shoppers trusting in e-commerce and with companies like this it becomes hard to trust the process because of FRAUD!!!
How I got my money back is by reporting them to their hosting company which is shopify
I simply googled "Report order issue shopify legal" and I wrote down my order completion link and immediately got contacted by shopify support team to help me fix that issue.
Most importantly is the order completion link where it contains the order number and everything, with that I was able to get my money back from them.
It's a total scam, they won't ship the book, and they say it's a free but you end up paying $15... and then extra $15 to get the book... and EVEN after paying this amount you won't get the actual book, the book is completely different than the one in the images...
