Helps fall asleep faster
Bought this device to reduce anxiety and stress, increase HRV, lower heart rate, and help with pain and sleep.
What it did help with was being able to sleep easily; it’s almost like taking melatonin. Didn’t see any improvements in HRV or HR though. Stress and anxiety: it’s hard to gauge the effect after only trying it consistently for 30 days, but I hope to keep trying on that front.
What attracted me to this brand in the first place is that it’s often been used in clinical studies and trials that assess the effects of auricular vagus nerve stimulation on humans.

HRV decrease after 3 weeks use
After 3 weeks of consistent use according to recommended amount, I saw my HRV steadily decrease, according to Nurosym, the benefit usually come after 30-90 days, but the trial ends at 30 days. It does not make sense, time to send it back

Nurosym regulated stress and sleep
Before I used Nurosym I was in constant stress (measured with my Ouraring) and now I can regulate my nervous systeme much better, so that I have hours of relaxation during the day. Also my sleep got better since I‘m using nurosym. I‘m using it since 8 months now and I still use it daily before sleep.

Easy to use and clear impact
The device was easy to use. Once I got into the habit of using it regularly I fairly quick began to notice effects. Not only am I falling asleep more quickly, I am staying asleep for longer. I also feel lees anxious through the day especially in typically stressful situations.

I had an issue with my Nurosym earpiece where the stimulation stopped working after a few months of use. I contacted their support team and explained the situation, including the troubleshooting steps I had already tried.

Essential for my wellbeing
I have been using Nurosym daily for almost a year and it has become an important part of the way I manage anxiety and stress. I use it for half an hour before bed and it has had a noticeably beneficial effect on my sleep, both subjectively and according to the data on my Whoop. Recently my earpiece stopped working and the customer service team were very helpful in diagnosing the problem and getting a replacement to me. During the time I was unable to use the Nurosym, I really missed it and had to make extra efforts with breathing techniques and other strategies to manage stress and anxiety. This has given me extra proof that, for me, Nurosym is an essential tool for my well being and I do not want to be without it.

I can highly recommend the Nurosym

I heard about the device from…osteopathic colleagues
I heard about the device from osteopathic colleagues of mine, who recommended this as the only really good device on the market. I was quite reluctant because of the price. But then, a few month later, I had some hard times and my nervous system was in absolute stress mode. So I decided to give it a try. And it really helped me to survive this time I a pretty good shape. I used it two times a day for 30 minutes and it brings calm to my system. So now, after half a year, I still use it, when times are challenging.
I highly recommend it to balance the vegetative nervous system.

I’ve been using Nurosym for over a month. I’ve noticed better digestion using it after a meal.
It helps me fall asleep as well.
The clip occasionally slips off the tragus so I have to readjust at times.

Great device and outstanding customer support
I have been using Nurosym for almost three years now, and I wanted to share my experience because it has been an important part of my recovery process.
I suffer from severe dysautonomia as well as an autoimmune condition, and before starting to use Nurosym I was experiencing between two to four panic and/or anxiety attacks a day. From the very beginning, I noticed a clear sense of relief in my anxiety levels. It also helped significantly with mental noise, rumination, and negative thought loops, giving me a greater sense of calmness, bodily safety, and emotional steadiness.
Over time, I have also noticed that I am less tense, experience fewer mood swings, and have more stable energy levels. I do not feel as exhausted as I used to, and after using the device I often feel more regulated rather than depleted. Little by little, it has helped my nervous system gradually regulate itself.
I have been combining the device with somatic therapy and breathing techniques, and in my experience this combination works very well.
Nurosym is one of those tools that, the more consistently you use it, the less dramatic the effects may feel day-to-day, but when you step back, you realize how much it has actually contributed to your overall regulation and wellbeing.
Recently, the cable used to charge my device stopped working. I contacted customer support, and I want to highlight that the company's customer care team has been absolutely outstanding. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and involved throughout the process, making everything easy and offering effective and very generous solutions (the kind of service that is unfortunately not so common nowadays). Their professionalism and genuine care made me feel very supported as a customer, and it reinforced how happy I am with my device.
Because my Nurosym has temporarily been out of use, I have continued with my somatic therapy and breathing exercises. However, after nearly three years of almost daily use, I can clearly feel the difference when I cannot use it. This has actually made me appreciate even more the real value of the device and the positive impact it has had on my dysautonomia.
I am still in the process of recovery, but I can honestly say that this device has significantly supported and accelerated that process for me. I am very grateful to have found it.
