This company is an absolute fraud

This company is an absolute fraud.
These people were supposed to finally replace my necklace with the correct one after almost a month (or longer if you count it as when I made my first transaction.... Three months).........
I was finally going to get the necklace that matched the description of the one I actually ordered..... So I return the wrong one they sent me.........
Instead of replacing the necklace, they simple resent me the one I had just sent to them that was wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And is absolutely terrible quality to the point that I can't even wear it because it pinches the crap out of me......... One of the reasons I was sending it back to them to begin with..................
This company is a fraud an absolute fraud.....
