SCAM unclear subscriptions - do not use

I order an arm band and a thigh band and did not spot the subscription for cream when checking out.

The following month I received notification of an order for 2 pots of cream coating £799.98 . I immediately contacted them and they agreed to cancel the order and issue a refund to be received within 10-14 days.
Now over 1 month and numerous emails later the money still has not been returned and all emails ignored, despicable behaviour . I believe this to be predatory and discriminating, they know people find excessive and sagging skin very distressing, often causing mental anguish, and Nurabeam are taking advantage of this and stealing money from customers and then offer false promises of refunds and fake apologies.

Don't

Well, first thing, I tried to rate it 1or 2 stars and it kept saying "404 Page Not Found" but let me make it to this page once I hit 5 stars in my email. I STILL have not received my $399.96 refund after they charged me for a monthly CREAM subscription that I said NO to. On March 1st, I got an email saying that I should receive my refund in 10-14 business days. Here it is, April 4th and I have yet to receive anything back. I tried sending an email 2 weeks ago to ask about the status of my refund and I have yet to hear back. I think this company is a scam.

The red light belt is fine, though. Whatever.

This thing is a scam

This thing is a scam! I ordered a thigh belt- and was supposed to get a “free” firming cream. I received a very shitty back belt BUT!!! A month later K get a charge of 399$! For a subscription? For that free cream I also never received? Not to mention that the support is not responding- and I had to deal with my bank instead. I hate that these things exist.

I bought a red led strap therapy warp…

I bought a red led strap therapy wrap and i do not know how a subscription was activated and a month later ,they charged in my bank account 339.01 Euro. I cancelled the subscription and i wrote them explaning that i did not tick a subscription option and i asked them for refund. This happened on the 19th of March, they have not answered my request and neither return my money. I wrote them three times again, i still waiting.
If i do not get any answer back i am going to have to seek for legal help. I thought NURABEAM was a reliable company.

Still waiting for a refund after weeks

I ordered this nurabeam waist band. Then read the terrible reviews on here. I cancelled the order on the same day 24/02/26. The money was taken immediately. It’s now 3/04/26 and I’m still waiting for my refund. ‘Peter’ who has replied to my emails fills me with no confidence that they will ever get back to me and refund my money. Don’t purchase from them.

SCAM - Do not buy

What a scam. They will not ship the free gift until you pay over $150.00 for the subscription. Not a free gift if you have to pay for it before you receive it.

I placed an order for nurabeam spent £500 receiving Chinese written products that are not originals plus no creams. I have contacted team several times to get refunded but no help advise before I take legal action.

This company is an absolute scam

This company is an absolute scam ! Ordered one off product then a month later they charged my credit card over $1600 saying I signed up for a subscription which I never did !! Stopped them sending product as soon as I saw the transaction and they said I would receive a refund within 10-14 business days. That was back in February, have sent numerous emails but no help !!

Not even worth 1 star! I was promised that I would have a refund by end of February (10-14 days) for a subscription that I cancelled. NOTHING. Reach out and NOTHING. And yet come to 1 month later and I get charged AGAIN! This company is DOGDY AS HELL! Do NOT buy anything from them

Nurabeam (Nur-fit) scam - beware

As many other people have reported on this site, Nurabeam have been taking money from my account since January for orders that I never placed. I ordered an arm band in January, nothing else. I have been charged for a monthly subscription to a cream $399 plus bank fees, TWICE. I have contacted customer services multiple times and been promised refunds.
I was told that they had cancelled my subscription but it was still live on my account today. So I have cancelled it myself. The order confirmation from January only shows the arm band, nothing else. They have not sent me the proof that I signed up for this subscription or that any refunds have been processed.

Scam!

Made an order and paid around $200, December 2025. Got the product, ok. Cancelled the subscription right after I ordered. All the sudden I notice a $400 withdrawl on my bank card in March. And to my surprise, the subscription is all the sudden not cancelled, I have never seen the products I allegedly recently purchased, and the (my) address is located in California. I live in Norway, Europe. I have send an email and a claim for refund, but not heard back. I sincerely hope this is a mistake and that they reply and make the refund - but I have not trust they will. Stay away and make sure to cancel your card if you made a purchase. If they get back to me here and sort it out, I will edit this review.

Do not trust this company!

The item received was definitely cheap and I just discovered that they charged me almost $400 for a subscription I never authorized. They literally scammed me out of my money and if I wouldn't have checked my account they could have taken $400 per month.

I ordered a set of arm bands

I ordered a set of arm bands, with NO subscription.
The following month they took £300.96 out of my bank account! On contact, they eventually told me I had subscribed but they would cancel the subscription and refund me within a fortnight! No refund sent, no emails answered and I had to raise a dispute with Barclays!
Unscrupulous, despicable company!

I’ve gone so far as to dispute charges…

I’ve gone so far as to dispute charges on my card to stop multiple charges and the subscription I did not sign up for. I was able to stop the shipment of $300 face cream, and the. Was charged $13 just for the privilege of being a subscriber for a subscription I’ve been trying to cancel that I never intended to have.

Order #681484 Still not had my refund for subscription I did not sign up for same as everyone eles. Wish I had seen these reviews before I bought .

My main goal is to stop this happening to more people. I am going to try and do something on TikTok to warn people . My husband has a business page that can reach a lot of people and message a few friends who got lots of following to see if they will repost . So hopefully can warn others . Might try and speak to the bbc watchdog . I’ve tried to look for the ceo of company etc and u can’t find them also or company’s house !

STAY AWAY from buying ANYTHING

STAY AWAY. TOTAL SCAM.
I STILL haven’t received my refund . I have been waiting since 21 February 2026. On that date they said they had initiated a refund of the £799.99 they owe me and it would take 10-14 days. I have not received anything and since then they do not reply to any messages. TOTAL SCAM. TOTAL CROOKS. STAY AWAY.

After clicking no subscription and no lifetime insurance my order was confirmed showing both had been chosen and my next payment of over $200 would be deducted from my card in 3 weeks time. I tried to contact the company but my messages were not answered and the emails I sent came back as undelivered I also tried to manage subscription and view order but the pages were blank so I was forced to cancel my card to stop any future deductions.

Absolutely beware

Charged me for a subscription that I did not authorize. I very much specifically clicked to not subscribe to anything and yet have been charged $400 for products I never wanted. I have filed a complaint with the company and sent an email and have yet to hear anything back from them.
