Shout out to Nuovva customer service for their swift and efficient service delivery. I reached out regarding my incomplete order and everything was resolved in no time. I have therefore been given another products and prompt apology for the inconvenience with a complimentary refund for the inconvenience.
This review is long overdue because I was waiting to use the pots so I can make my review once. I must say I fell in love with the pots when I received them, its quite heavy which makes it more beautiful and they look sturdy. They heat up easily and makes cooking effortless. Although I have concerns with after cleaning because there are white patches and black marks inside the pots after cleaning but it's still doesn't reduce its quality. I hope they will be durable to fit in my needs anyway.
I shall be back to review my stock pot aswell prior to use . Overall, its been nice so far

Arrived quickly and is good quality. Nice enamelled interior that has proved almost non stick when baking sourdough and is very easy to clean.
