After Nuovaluce replied here to this review asking me to contact them directly, I did exactly that.
Unfortunately, despite reaching out as requested, I received no response and the issue remains unresolved. After more than six months, I am still waiting for a resolution regarding the undelivered item and promised refund.
In my experience, the public response to this review has not been followed by any real action. I will continue to update this review as the situation develops.

I placed an order with Nuovaluce in December 2025. More than six months later, the main product (Anti Aging Max Device) from my order has still not been delivered.
During this time, I have sent multiple emails, received repeated assurances, and spent months following up with customer service.
What has been most frustrating is the handling of my refund request. Despite repeated promises and acknowledgments, I have continued to wait for a resolution while receiving little more than delays and requests for patience.
After more than half a year of waiting, countless follow-ups, and no meaningful progress, I have completely lost confidence in this company. Delays can happen, but failing to deliver a product and then dragging out the refund process for months is unacceptable. they are currently not responsive.
This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have ever had, and I would strongly advise potential customers to think carefully before placing an order.

I ordered a Nuovaluce Anti-Aging Device on 12/7/25. After a month of no tracking info or emails - only the sales ones they send out every damn day - I wrote them asking where my package was. They gave me the boilerplate BS - backed up because of the holidays, and for the wait, they will send me a bonus gift. Cut to March 2026, I replied asking them for a refund, and my email was returned unidentifed. I sent messages via their email on their site, to which their site is now defunct. This is a SCAM company!!! I am looking to do a chargeback with my bank. Do NOT buy anything from Nuovaluce unless you want your money to disappear and receive nothing in return!
Ordered a novaluce in november. I still havent received it. I have contacted them and received a - we have been busy - reply. Asked got s refund. Still nothing.

Reading the reviews, makes me wonder how good the mask is! But, I have zero complaints about it so far!
My husband surprised me, by ordering the nuovaluce led mask for me, when I showed interest in it, after seeing it advertised on a morning show. It arrived when he expected it to. And SO FAR, I’ve enjoyed using it! It’s only been a couple of days, but my face feels smoother already. I’m giving 4 stars, because I believe there’s always room for improvement, and for the cost of the mask, I’m kind of surprised that they don’t provide a storage case for it! But that doesn’t change the way the mask makes me feel! I’m happy with it! And I’m glad my husband was listening to me! LOL
Contacted support received a response within a few hours. Had a problem with a product and I was able to return it and they sent me back a new one. Bought my device back in covid. Very happy

Ordered their device in November and was only sent the conducting gel and an email apologising to say that the device was on its way, but I still haven’t received my device, and it’s almost February. I have contacted customer service and get no explanation. I am furious. I will NEVER order from them again. 4 years ago when I ordered my first device, shipping also took forever, but not as long as this. NEVER again.

I ordered 2 different anti-aging devices from Nuovaluce on 11/13/25 and received only 1 of the devices today, 12/29/25. The shipping email said both devices were included, but one was missing. I’ve been emailing customer service for weeks about not receiving my order and their responses have been slow and vague. I was relieved to hear that my order was being delivered today but so disappointed that it wasn’t my complete order. I’ve ordered from them before and had a good experience so I was surprised and disappointed with them this time around. I will not order from them in the future.
It’s now January 9, 2026 and I still haven’t received the rest of my order. I did receive an email from Nuovaluce on December 29 apologizing for the incomplete order and stating that I would receive an update with a tracking number in the next few days. That hasn’t happened. Still waiting. Still frustrated.

Bought the led mask through GMA and received it promptly. Have been using it for 2 months now and it is working really well better than my serums. Honestly would give it a 5/5 stars product works really good.
Contacted the company after 4 years of having the product and to my surprise they honored the 5 year warranty. I could not believe it honestly. I have tried nuface in the past and there device broke and the company never honored the warranty.

SC AM- buyer beware. I was so excited to get this product but I paid for it and they never sent it so many back-and-forth emails. They printed a label for me to track, but they never sent the item with the label to be shipped and they keep gonna look into it for 3 1/2 months. They got my money but I never got the product.

After several back and forth emails, and receiving a USPS tracking # ( which at this point I beleive is fake), of August 10th 2025 still have not received anything from this company. The promise of receiving your items within a certain # of days is false and fraudulent advertisement. BEWARE do not order from this company, you will not receive anything from them.

I’ve made an order on Sat 28th June 2025 with Order Number #1134. I didn’t receive any delivery confirmations within 8 working days as Nuovaluce Beauty promised, then I email them for a refund.
Nuovaluce Beauty Staff Amy agreed to make a full refund by email confirmation, on Thursday 10th July 2025, however, no actions and no further email responses after that.
PS: I’ve used Nuovaluce product on 2021, so disappointed to finally recognize Nuovaluce Beauty became a FRAUD company after Pandemic!

Shipping was delayed a bit but the company did notify me that the product was extremely popular so I decided to wait. I was impressed by the quality of the products when I received it and Amy was a great help. Will be ordering again.

I did eventually receive my order after a little over a month of waiting for it and me reaching out to support. Amy was responsive in the beginning but as soon as I requested help returning items, she started asking for videos of the device so they can help diagnose the problem. The problem is the device is broken and not working (these devices are cheap plastic being sold for hundreds of dollars) so a video is not going to resolve my issue. She has now ghosted me when I told her I want nothing but to return my entire order based off of their 90 day return policy and money guaranteed back. I’m sure Amy is just one of their ‘bots’ based off all my communication with her and her lack of responding to the only thing I am asking for which is to return my order. It's funny their website is still marketing the same 'SALE' I bought in to over a month ago. I am reporting this business as fraudulent. Do not buy from them!

I purchased the Nuovaluce Beauty Microcurrent & Red Light Therapy Device from the GMA 40 Boxes deal in September of 2024. The device I received was defective and would not charge. I contacted the company (email only, there is no phone number). They had me send a video of proof that it did not work. I did. They then said they would send me a new device. They didn't. After many emails finally on December 17, 2024 they finally sent an email with a tracking number for a new device. They asked I send back the defective device. I did, which I had to pay for shipping and they received it 12/20/24. They never sent me the new device. To this day, the tracking number still says pending and it is now 3/6/25. I emailed them repeatedly with no response. I contacted the BBB and they also never responded to the BBB. They have a "F" rating with BBB. I then contacted GMA and they immediately responded and sent me a refund for the device. The problem is that I still had to pay for the shipping of the defective device back and of course I am out that money. Essentially they stole my money, and I was lucky I bought this through a third party who was able to help. I would never purchase anything from this company again.
