I was supplied with this website via…

I was supplied with this website via Google search, I made a purchase & now wish I hadn't.
Very bad response, believe company based in France, supplied a tracking number of which gives no details tried to contact tracking company without response. So far 9 days now with delivery address unknown. Was supplied a delivery time of 25/09/24, ?
Terrible company who offer little to none response / feedback.
Update
Item arrived today as ordered, can't understand why when tracking involved given such a poor service. maybe some of problem due to tracking company, but Numisunivers supplied an incorrect delivery time of 23/09/24 to 25/09/24.
