Number Artist Reviews 

I left a bad review for this website because the customized order came so different from the picture I sent them. Now I see why their rating is so high, it’s because they don’t let any bad reviews to be posted. They probably review and only approve the good reviews because my review I submitted about a week ago still isn’t posted. It is very disappointing and frustrating because you don’t know if you received a well made product until you are done painting and it took me a month to complete my painting. They should refund for the product plus the time and effort I put in!!!!

The shipping did take about a month from the time of order. I was expecting much shorter shipping, but they have been a misunderstanding on my part because I didn’t take into consideration the prep time of the order. I do think a month is a bit excessive. After I got my order I thought I was missing items so I reached out to customer service. They were fabulous!! Even sent me pictures on where I should find everything. The paint quality has been, so far, outstanding. I think there was only one color I had to go over again because it wasn’t as opaque as it should have been. There was one paint pod that was very thick. I think it started drying out in the container. It ended up working out nicely in the painting because it gave it character. The brushes the I received as a free gift that were supposed to be better quality, were only better quality in the bristles. I don’t leave my brushes in water. The paint on the handle peeled and flaked after the first use. This was a bit disappointing. The brushes that came with the kit seemed to work better. Thank goodness I didn’t pay for the others. I also received a free table top easel. I didn’t think I’d use it, but it’s been super helpful. All in all, I think these are a bit expensive but you do get what you pay for. Any other paint by number I’ve purchased do not even come close to ranking where the number artist paint by numbers do. I will purchase again. I had taken a picture to upload, but I don’t see where you can do that.

I love this company. Delivery perfect. Instructions excellent. Paint, brushe, canvas, excellent and as described. Excellent company and I would recommend everyone to try this fun hobby.

The designs are great, Paint quality is good. I love working on the art.

It was hard to track my package. Canvas arrived nicely packaged. So it was straight and so far the paints are nice.

The paintings I received are beautiful, they look exactly like the picture. Only thing, it takes a long time to receive the kit.

Number artist is my go to supplier. Tried others but have been very satisfied with quality of product and delivery. Really like how the paints are stored. So easy to select color needed. Defiantly would recommend number artist to anyone trying for first time or regular artist…

Love the whole package and I have truly relaxed & enjoyed my painting time! All I needed was a cup of water & paper towels & off I go! I have recommended this to so many people hope it brings them the same joy this has brought me!

everything is done very well! the canvases are all of top quality and the entire kit is put together with everything needed to paint a very nice artwork!

It’s a great way to de-stress, plus you get to hang something you painted at home. The quality’s really good. Totally recommend it!
