Great location

Great location, wonderful amenities and check in and out was so easy. There was no party noise but the late night noise was street noise like sirens, people yelling but it’s expected because of the location and it was only noisy because it was the weekend. We will definitely book this place again.

You decide if Numa are more interested in their profits than the safety of their guests in a fire?

This company think it appropriate to not check their rooms appropriately for safety before renting to families - several hours after getting access the only smoke detector in the apartment was discovered to be covered up, which prevented it detecting fires. They also suggest that if cooking fumes activate the alarm and therefore the fire service turn up, as they would automatically on a building alarm, that they will charge you the 2500 Euro fee. Perhaps someone had covered the alarm to avoid a fee, its unclear if other apartments were similar? But Booking.com showed little interest. Are these apartments designed properly to avoid activating smoke alarm through cooking?
