I had never stayed with Numa before, but I was pleasantly surprised by their smooth check in, excellent communication and high level of attention to detail. We booked a trip to Prague and were notified along the way that our original apartment was no longer available. They very quickly and efficiently offered us a substitute that was an upgrade at no additional charge. The communication was swift and accessible across multiple platforms. Would definitely use Numa again.

So closed to all the must see sight, cozie and convenience, digital signing fast response, friendly staff great to be able to do laundry during stay. if I come back to Seville, I definitely will consider to book it again.

Do not use this company. We booked an apartment in Prague with NumaStays through Airbnb. Just like many others we received an email less than 24h before check in they no longer manage the property. They offered unsuitable alternative which we refused. They tried to make us cancel the reservation and attempted to communicate outside Airbnb app which is not allowed. Airbnb tried to contact them but Numastays wouldn’t answer knowing they were in the wrong and would be asked to cancel the reservation. They know, if they cancel, customer will be able to leave negative feedback for them on Airbnb app. They know the game and play it frequently. If Airbnb cancels on their behalf, customers do not have the option to review Numastays. That’s how they avoid many negative reviews. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

When I arrived in Madrid, I discovered that my reservation had been canceled. If you don't arrive within the first 24 hours, they cancel your booking and keep your money.

I was left stranded on the streets of Madrid in the middle of the night. They didn't offer to get me another room or resolve the situation. Their customer service was incredibly disrespectful.

I tried several times to get my money back, but they kept telling me there was nothing they could do. I paid for 8 nights and received nothing in return.

In the end, after multiple difficult attempts, they agreed to refund my stay. However, by then, I had already decided to leave Madrid. They ruined my summer holiday.

Stay away from this hotel.

Lovely, clean and stylish. I arrived after a mix-up with my original hotel and a near-miss with a hostel! I was so relieved. Really lovely place.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Booked and paid for 3 rooms for a 3 night stay at the Numa Barberini hotel in Rome. Less than 24 hours before arriving they just cancelled the booking!!! We phoned Numa customer services who said they had overbooked and there was nothing they could do for us!!! No compensation, no alternative hotel option.. nothing!!! We shall never book a Numa hotel again .. be aware if you do book.

Numa felice was like staying in a florentine palazzo. Everything I needed was provided to 5 star standard. The location was a local funky area but near all the tourist spots. My room was large with a modern bathroom.

No electricity in room 602 it's go on and off. Bathroom in first room the sink is impossible to open so no brushing teeth shower in dark. We're staying for two nights no one clean the rooms. Otherwise the apartment is nice 👌

This was my best stay in Vienna! Attention to every possible detail to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Amazing view of the city from the terrace. Cosy apartment. Very clean. All possible amenities. Felt pampered like a favorite guest.

What was supposed to be a good stay turned out to be a nightmare. We stayed at Numa Sonate in Salzburg just before X-mas and were met with construction noise and weird knocks from above every night. As if that was not enough where our kids were sleeping one could hear loud music every night, as there seems to be a bar underneath!

We contacted Numa CS and all they could say is that we were advised about such noise upon booking on their website (which we were not, as we made the booking via Hotels.com) and that they could give us earplugs! Really, paying almost Euro 1000 for 3 nights and the solution is earplugs.

On the morning we checked out, we then see that the window in the master bedroom had mould (50 cm from the bed) All of this feedback was given in I dont know how many emails and calls, and all they want to offer (as outside noise is not their problem) is a voucher for a future stay, really !! In what world would one spend more money when its clear as the sun, that they dont take issues seriously.

Very bad stay and would not recommend this for anybody.
