Unreliable delivery
I am very disappointed with the delivery and service. I ordered my products for delivery to Germany and paid for extra fast shipment. However, on the day of the expected arrival, the parcel hadn't even been sent out. I sent an email to customer service, but never received an answer. Now, one week delayed, my package is at a DHL delivery station instead of being delivered to my home address.

We are sorry that you have not received your package. According to the tracking information from PostNord, the package was dispatched on February 24th and arrived in Sweden last Thursday – it is currently being processed at a sorting center in Sweden. Therefore, there is a good chance that the package will be delivered. Should it unexpectedly happen that the package does not arrive, we always refund our customers, and we are credited by the shipping company, as they are responsible for the package once it has been dispatched from here.
As a customer, you are always welcome to send us an email.
