Excellent shopping experience!
Nugnes 1920 has quickly become one of my favorite stores. I’ve already managed to purchase two pairs of shoes that were sold out elsewhere, and at a very good price thanks to their promos. Shipping has been fast and reliable so far. My only wish would be free delivery, at least for higher-value items.

Nugnes great, FedEx disappointing
Item arrived in perfect condition. One star less due to the shipping experience: FedEx left my order with a neighbour without informing me of the correct door number, assuming I would know their last name, which was also written incorrectly. This has happened twice, so Nugnes might consider using a more reliable shipping partner. Overall, happy with the product, but delivery could be handled much better.

I had never heard of Nugnes 1920
I had never heard of Nugnes 1920. At first I hesitated to order here, because of the negative reviews. But they were the only online shop where I could buy my dream bag (a new model Bottega Veneta) immediately. So I took the gamble. I waited for the delivery rather tensed. Meanwhile I received proper track&trace info. The package was delivered properly and promptly in time, and I love the bag. I'm very happy with Nugnes 1920, and I'll be pleased to order there again.

I ordered and was told the package will arrive Friday. It was for my husband’s birthday on Saturday. I got the confirmation from customer support I will get it Friday but it was never delivered.

Charged credit card knowing they will not ship item!
Bought shoes with 35 percent discount offer, after three days got email, that my order is cancelled. But my credit card was charged immediately. How it can happen that you charged my credit card, because you cannot charge until item is shipped! When there is some error or other cancellation, money should be released immediately! Now they said they made refund, but no info how long will it take. Bought from this site second time only, first was good experience, now second experience is opposite, bad.
