I am writing in response to your reply dated 27 January 2026. I responded at the time, but have not received any further communication.
To clarify, I first raised my concerns via email in March 2025 and did not receive a response. After an extended period without any communication following the completed purchase, I left a review on Trustpilot.
When I contacted you about the dresses, I was informed that the originals were no longer available and was offered a remake. I proceeded based on my prior positive experience, understanding this to be a standard paid order, not a favour.
While I selected the patterns, the fabric type was not specified. The dresses I received differ significantly from my previous purchases. The fabric is rougher and less stretchy, and the fit is inconsistent—one dress is tight around the arms while the other fits better. As a result, I have not worn them. I am able to make a direct comparison, as I still own several original dresses.
You stated that you offered a return and refund; however, I did not receive any such communication. You also mentioned attempting to contact me regarding a discount, but again, I received nothing. Given that Instagram was our primary communication channel during the order process, I would reasonably expect you to have used it to ensure I received your messages.
At this stage, I am seeking a clear resolution to this matter. Please confirm how you intend to proceed.
