Fast delivery and item in mint condition.

Received an undamaged but incomplete package. (1 item missing from my order).
Contacted customer service (only reachable through website contact form), after more than 1 week no reply (only an auto-reply after submission)

I ordered testament legacy vinyl coloured and received Linkin Park LP witch is 26 pound my order was 46 pound including postage I have not heard anything back or had any response back. It will cost me a lot of money to send the item back. That is unwanted so I don't know what to do etc so I'm out of pocket and with the wrong item I don't want

my order is over a week late! I know para bellum was only released on the 10th but as the record label you should be able to get the orders out so they arrive on the release date. I checked my tracking and it only left Germany on the 16th! I'll probably not get it until late next week.

Fast and very cheap shipping. It's wasn't my first time and of course not last. Thanks!

My order was shipped 7 business days ago, and it still hasn’t arrived — even though it’s being delivered within the European Union. That’s far too long for a simple delivery.

What makes it worse is that the shipping wasn’t cheap at all, yet the service has been extremely slow and unreliable. There have been no real tracking updates — it’s been 7 days and the only information I have is that the shipping label was created.

In 2025, this kind of delay is simply unacceptable. Next time I’ll buy my music from Amazon instead of coming back here. Very disappointing experience.

T shirts are awesome and great quality,only had little problem with delivery guy where he left package on other part of city,even tho i left notice to leave it in buliding.🤟

I've been Nuclear Blast customer since the early/mid 1990s, when their mailorder catalogue was still a little DIN-A5 booklet.

There has never been any issue with my orders, I've always been very satisfied.

Nuclear Blast (NB) has an excellent selection of metal media and merch. It is a great place to find exclusive and limited releases, as well as mainstream records and CDs.
I have made many orders from NB over the years, both in stock and pre-order records mixed, and every single time the order has been correct, well packaged and delivered as expected. The NB team is doing a great work!

I have ordered 2 Vinyls ( Mötley Crüe and Genesis). I have received the confirmation and also a confirmation of delivery on due day, only to receive 1 hour later a refund via PayPal without any justification why is this hapenning!
So, perhaps you will understand why I'm confused and unhappy.

So,back in May, I PRE-ordered Fallujah's new album and the album art shirt.

I'm a huge fan of the band, and I couldn't wait to get my hands on it. But the release date came and went in early June and I didn't get my order on time... So I waited.

Two weeks after the release date, still nothing. So I tried to reach out to nuclear blast to ask what was going on. It seemed, the only way to reach them was through a communication form on their website, so I filled it in. No response after 2 weeks. I filled it again. And again. Each time they sent out an automated: "We've received your email" message, that states how busy they are cos it's festival season, and they'll get back to you when they can, please don't keep contacting us... But months went by. Tumbleweed. So I submitted about 6 of these forms over a 3 months period and never got a reply to a single one.
I even began to research how to take companies to small claims court in Germany. I was learning German so I could ring their office number I found... I was angry.

So I took to Instagram, messaging both the nuclear blast records, and nuclear blast shop pages, asking them, if I was ever going to get my CD and shirt, which I'd paid £56 for. Neither pages ever responded.

So in the end I reached out to Fallujah themselves. Nuclear blast were magically able to respond after this...with a two line email, from Tilo, at Nuclear Blast, telling me the package was on it's way. No explanation. No apology. Just thanking me for my email....

The package arrived just now. (8th September) 4 months after I originally ordered it. It was supposed to be a pre-order.

Honestly most of my favourite bands are signed to nuclear blast, and I would love to buy more merch and records of these bands... I wanna support the artists I love... But I'm not gonna. Who knows how long I'll wait next time.

Easily the worst company I've ever dealt with customer service wise, by a considerable margin.

I paid extra for fast delivery ( I timed it to my hotel stay) and NB did deliver on time a as promised, original merchandise.
I got the Death shirts and Hoodies I was dreaming about!

Very fair pricing, and delivery. Quality is great - so ist the size regarding the shirt. The vinyl came in great shape too. Thank you!

You've refunded me for the value of one t-shirt that I guess there was no stock of, however you never informed which one of the 5 t-shirts I've ordered I was being refunded for, I only found out which one it was when I received the delivery.

Everything fine. Fast Delivery and very nice products to buy in the Store.

It wasn’t satisfactory because if I am not start asking what it is going with my order probably it will be stuck still in the middle of nowhere…I added 2 items available and 1 in preorder and result that one of the available items wasn’t available so, are you selling items that may be or may be not are available without letting know your customer that it may take more time without let you know what is really happening???

I've been ordering from you for many years and everything is always as it should be... It's great that you maintain the standard and all shipments are well packed and on time.
