Perfect. Ordered a Currents Vinyl and it arrived quicker than expected. Really happy with the product!

Preordered Cryptopsy’s new album. A week later after official physical/Digital release and I haven’t 1) gotten a shipping confirmation, delay email, a “were sorry for the hold up”. Zero correspondence. 2) no reply’s to any customer service emails unless I bother the German customer support. 3) no ability too log into my account to view my order. At this point I’m assuming I’ve been scammed. I’ll give it another few days and dispute this transaction with my credit card. Will also be cancelling all future preorders I have with them and/or disputing the charges once they’re inevitably not shipped to me.

After more than 1 monthv since the shipment of my order, has not yet arrived and when I asked them for a solution and after 2 weeks no news.

I used the paypal refund policy and NUCLEAR BLAST stole me 16Euro of the full price order.

EMP its Sub branch label was not trustworthy but Now NUCLEAR BLAST proved that they are even worse with a non existent Customer Service and a lack of good intentions towards the end customer.. No more orders throu NB will place

I bought two t-shirts there. Very poor quality. I was deceived by those pictures on the website. Absolut Garbage.

After not being able to get my order from another store, and 100 days of products in transit, I decided to risk again, as was quite sceptic with Germany postal services, and order again, but this time with Nuclear Blast. Completely professionals, shipped next day, and delivered in 18 days. In my opinion, very fast, because we had amount of holidays - Xmas 01, New Year, Xmas 02... All products are good, size too. Quality seems ok. Will see in time. Only one critics - would be good if they had more bands to offer, so we don't need to search for another places. Will order again here, without doubts!

Order doesnt arrive and support doesnt reply.

I've preorderd a vinyl on nuclear blast.
First i got a mail that my order is gonna be delayed for 2 months. Okay fine, i dont mind waiting.
But since then nothing. its been over 2 weeks now of the estimated delivery date.
I've tried to contact the support but they simply don't reply to my email.
Horrible Experience, i wouldnt buy there again.

I ordered two t-shirts which were in stock on 18.10. The confirmation email + pdf were as expected but then it gets interesting. I haven't been able to log in to my account ever since nor reset the password. It's like my account or my order doesn't even exist. Seeing the previous review I sent an email to mailorder address since sure as hell the info one never responded.

Really dissapointed actually... as over of the big players on the market, i really expected much more from Nuclear Blast... only reason i gave 2 stars i instead of 1 is the slim chance that someone in Nuclear Blast reads this and answers.

Ordered a Marduk hoodie, about 3 weeks ago, recieved a confirmation, and invoice right away... everything seemed good, and in order, untill.... nothing happened, No shipping info, No track n trace number, and best of All.... zeeeeeeroooooo response on support, and No way of getting info... now i was planning on wearing this hoodie on christmas, and be that little Stone in everyones shoe, cast a little shadow on their holy night... but nope! At this rate, ill probably end up ordering nickleback shirt, in protest of this horrible service.

So Nuclear Blast, if you would like to continue, to be My main deliverance of blasphemy in these times! Please send My shirt! Now!

Garbage heavy metal constantly cluttering Twitter with spam adverts for garbage tours. The last thing society needs in a pandemic. Shut these death metal virgins down.

Truly grotesque company. Not content with marketing Tim Lambesis a man who hired a contract killer to terminate his wife, and Sin Quirin a pedophile who slept with under age fans, now they are promoting a tour for Decapitated, known gang rapists.

Cluttering up Instagram with it's rubbish thrash metal label desperado spam. As others have said, a morally bankrupt company that just parades around recycled boring thrash metal and produces overpriced, low quality merchandise.

Failing heavy record label that's staff are reduced to pack stalking on Instagram in 2021 and have no moral qualms about working with and financing Tim Lambesis a man who put a contract out on his wife's life, and Ministry after their guitarist Sin Quirin slept with 14 and 15 year old girls....

every vinyl comes warped or has off-centered hole or other issues that take away the pleasure of listening to music
it's very loudly mastered and bass is sometimes gone so it wears prematurely
cracks and pops and little warps appear after like 8th or 10th listen

CD releases have thin plastic so taking out a CD out of a jewel case is a hard task when you're scared you can break your new album
it bends and damages(scratches) easily

they give lots of formats you can get your music in and have high quality packagings and artworks on covers etc but media istelf is badly produced and physical CD and LP releases tend to have issues and it makes albums not worth their prices

re-releases of albums with just ONE BONUS TRACK are almost 2x more expensive and prices don't drop
deluxe editions with TWO BONUS TRACKS cost about 150% of a regular price of a freshly released albums and don't drop as well while regular CD releases' prices drop by 13% after several months/a year from an album's release

I ordered Reinkaos by Dissection from them since I had great experiences with the other albums they had from this band. Instead, I got a low quality Argentinian version that I can tell is just a vinyl rip ( I can hear the needle lift and drop). My disappointment is immeasurable and I'll be sure to second guess myself any time I decide to buy from them again.

I pre-ordered the new Rob Zombie limited edition album on vinyl, it got in really early too. I had to wait for the shipping not just for the release date, but past that due to covid they said, which was fine, i completely understand that. I even emailed them and got a response below confirming the covid situation and that they had my order at least.

Upon the shipping finally taking place, they refunded me as they now say they didn't have stock, so can only assume they sold my copy to somebody else even though i placed my order and paid really early and would have been some of the first few people to pre-order.

Now i have missed out on owning my own copy of the limited edition vinyl that was released...can only say that i cant trust them now after being burnt by them, I'm truly disappointed.

Never had a problem ordering from these guys before, great music as well.

Ordered a hoodie from them. The quality is so bad. The colours are completely wrong from the photo. Logos are meant to be red, they are bright pink. The hoodie material is so cheap and thin. I thought for the money I was paying, I would be getting actual band merch quality that you get at a concert. I was so wrong. Complete waste of money. Will never buy from this company again.
