Never again

I made an order from nucig before the tpd regulations came into force. There was items listed right up until the end that they didn't actually have. So they call me offering me a better version for £10 more which was only £8 more on the site. I ask for a refund which takes them 6 days to do and I'm still waiting for it now! Im giving it a couple more days then I'm asking the bank to refund it. They don't mind taking your money but you can't get it back. Never again!

Poor quality and service

Gave up on my Nucig infinity. It cost £65 at the time, I expected great things.

But it wasn't long before I noticed the battery wasn't lasting very long, it seemingly dropped to 50% in only a few puffs and whenever it reached 50% or below it would remind me it was low on battery every puff or two. This stopped it from actually letting me use it until I had swiped to remove the message or wait till it disappeared. This was frustrating so I ended up only being able to use it on my short walk to work or when I walked to get a coffee 7 mins away at lunch.

After 7 or 8 months of use it gave out altogether and I sent it to be fixed with nucig. They charge a few to review the item. They sent it back about 3 weeks later after I nudged them to get on with it. It returned damaged and a piece of the plastic had come off. The note with it explained that they had cleaned it out and done some other stuff and while they had done so a small piece of plastic had broken off. It had a crack near there anyway so I accepted this.

I had really wanted a replacement in line with the warranty. I was told the warranty which is stated 12 months on their website was only for the charger. A standard USB adapter. I reviewed their site and consumer rights and because I had purchased this before a revision in 2015 I believed they were at breach but I didn't pursue it.

Anyway it kept on going until recently, but I got less and less battery and the coils were expensive and didn't last long. I realised that it was possibly me overcharging the battery after a while and made sure I charged it in short gos.

The sub ohm box mod I replaced it with won't ever have this problem due to the changeable batteries. It was a shame that this one just didn't work out for me.

Cant believe after 50 years how easy it was to quit smoking

When I saw the price of baccy abroad I made an instant decision to stop, as soon as I got home I found Nucig with good reviews on Amazon and haven't looked back since, not once in a month have I even been tempted to light up, my Ecig is always at hand if I need to create a cloud of smoke, which isn't often, no more stinky breath or clothes, no more being shoved outdoors for a cigarette, no more cig burns in the car & no more puffing and panting on a hill.
The Nucig E liquid is 0% nicotine & tobacco I'm very proud to have kicked the habit so quickly and easily, my bank account is getting healthier too
