Waste of money- caused tummy issues

I tried taking Bio-X4 for a few weeks, but then starting feeling bloated in my tummy and had constipation issues, as well as developing an incredibly unquenchable thirst! I stopped taking them and things returned to normal. I started again to see if the same issues occurred and they returned again so I stopped for good.

Marketing ploy

I felt no difference and lost no weight. Stuck paying for shipping back 8 out of 9 bottles as Customer Service who was not very polite or courteous told me I should keep taking them for longer period of time to see results. Yeah sure. I'm done sucker-ordering stuff on line with slick marketing techniques.

I would give a negative rating if…

I would give a negative rating if possible. They took my money and 3 weeks later the product was never delivered. I received an email stating it was shipped 2 weeks ago but never received a tracking # nor any other notification. Spoke to customer service and was told product was never shipped. Money was taken immediately but never shipped product!!! Still waiting to have money refunded or issue resolved. DO NOT TRUST THEM AND DO NOT PROVIDE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD #!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stuck at 234 lbs

Spent $120 and NO benefits at ALL! Purchased 3 -90 ct bottles of BIO-4 and eat a very healthy mediterranean diet, and I exercise. Gave them time to see any benefit and after religiously taking a pill before each meal for 90 days had zero effects...all their reviews I now wonder as to their authenticity. Question their validity.
BUYER Beware of their $ back guarantee, which you have to keep the bottles and not throw them away as they'll require you (at your expense) to ship them back to them. I threw 2 of 3 away and was referred to their stated policy that because I didn't send back all 3 bottles I wouldn't be receiving a full-refund! Don't do business with this company, I'm certain there are others out there that work and will actually stand behind their claimed Money Back Guarantee. Dr. Amy NOT a honest doctor.

I believe this to be a fraudulent company. I made 2 purchases last fall totaling over $150.00 and never received the items I purchased. I should have listened to my intuition on this company as I saw it on a YouTube ad, but because I didn't, I got scammed for $150.0. I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from this company. And please be leery of getting e-mails from the doctor on the commercials.

Update to my previous review. I changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. I changed it due to the customer service from Nucific that I recently experienced. After my original post, I had a Naomi reach out to me and after some back and forth through e-mail, I was refunded my entire purchase price for the items I ordered and never received. UNAUTHOURIZED TRANSACTION

I went into the Nucific ad that popped up (first mistake), Was thinking about trying the product for one month, entered my financial info (second mistake) went to the next screen and I couldn’t proceed or go back without tapping the buy 3 months deal SO I NEVER COMPLETED THE TRANSACTION. I after going to my bank I found the order was still pending. When I spoke to the customer service rep they indicated it was already shipped. Within a couple of days I got sent a box of product. After speaking with the company they sent me two return slips that must be included in the return(S), but the info on the box doesn’t match the return info label so I’m not sure which box to put the return info in.
This was an UNAUTHORIZED transaction. Somehow they completed my order after I left the screen when I couldn’t move forward or back.

This is a rip off

This is a rip off. The small print requires you to order 90 days every month if you selected the best value 90 day option. WHY would ANYONE order 90 days every month? The call center says you can go and change to monthly on your account - but then you lose the discount. This is a sneaky provision to charge surprise orders. No other fulfillment system does this. I wasted a half hour on that video only to find a rip off at the end. STAY AWAY or plan to return unwanted product.

Still waiting for results after 4 weeks

I've been trying the product for 4 weeks now, my main goal is weight loss. Unfortunately, I have not lost any weight. I did notice some minor improvements in the way my belly a bit more toned in the way it looks but very minor. It's a bit tricky as to when to take to feel that fullness it I usually try it either with my meal or 15 mins before. At first it was helping my movements and improved digestion. I am so anxious it won't work for me like everybody else's incredible reviews with the weight loss. I will continue with it as I have 7 bottles, hopefully some weight will shift into my second month, I am a bit skeptical now.

Satisfied happy customer
