Ordered 13th May 2x lip Fila Duo set and it's still showing on shop as waiting for delivery details. I sent two emails and no response. After reading the reviews i wish i had never ordered. I will take this further as unacceptable.

My experience is the same as others on here.
I purchased NUBYEN LIP FILA ADVANCED +++ LIP PLUMPING ADAPTOGEN ELIXIR
on 25/3 and have NEVER received the item I purchased.
They told me the product was out of stock, when it is CLEARLY available .
One of the directors wrote to me in April saying that as a compensatory measure they would send me another product called BLACK NUDE & later, when restocked the NUBYEN LIP FILA ADVANCED +++ LIP PLUMPING ADAPTOGEN ELIXIR.
They didn’t act on this, so I chased up with their customer service, who said they would act upon the written promise of the director and would send out the BLACK NUDD immediately and the NUBYEN LIP FILA ADVANCED +++ LIP PLUMPING ADAPTOGEN ELIXIR automatically, when restocked.
They didn’t act on send a product, which was NOT the BLACK NUDE PROMISED by the director , but a much cheaper version , which frankly is substandard to my requirements.

So, after contacting them again and giving fair warning, I’m now opening a case, against them.

After trying many times to resolve snd pushing for responses I’m now leaving this feedback, when I would much rather have resolved.

For goodness sake, NUBYEN, this is not the way to do business

I placed an order in March which was never marked as shipped and has not arrived. I contacted them to ask for an update and they have not replied. I will be forced to now go to my Bank for a refund. Since I wrote this review today, they have been in touch and are investigating.

It has been 3 months since my order and my package was never sent and the company refuses to issue a refund.
I have placed an order in January. Around a week later, I emailed asking when my package is expected to be shipped and someone named Hanna notified me that the item was out of stock and asked If I could wait 2-3 more weeks. I accepted. A month later, I emailed again and got the same answer, asking to wait just a bit more and that they would send me a gift as an apology. Foolishly I accepted again. After 2 months I realised that I would never receive my order and asked for a refund. They tried to convince me that the item is on preorder and to wait again, I refused and they stopped replying to my emails.
Additionally, I would like to highlight that the website is misleading. At the time of purchase, the item appeared to be in stock and available for immediate order. Only after completing the purchase was I informed via email that the item was on preorder ( it is not as you will see on the website) . This lack of transparency is unacceptable and does not reflect fair business practices.
This delay and lack of communication are unacceptable.
I am now forced to file a chargeback and a dispute with my bank as well as a local consumer protection agencies.
Save your time and don't order from this website.
UPDATE: Not even 20 minutes after my review here on Trustpilot, they magically started replying to my emails, however, i still havent received a refund
