The watch appearance gets 5 stars. Quality gets 2 as I have 2 different issues in 4 months. The anchor got stuck and the seconds hand is loose. Only wore it 3 to 4 times for a day the rest of the time it was behind glass
Now the 1 star. The customer service. I'm getting completely ignored now that I asked them to arrange the warranty shipment for me. The usual policy is that I need to ship it to the UK at my own expense which is not the worst. But UK is outside the EU. So I need to arrange complicated declaration forms as well hoping that stops UK and Dutch customs from re-applying taxes.
I already paid 253 euros plus 65 on tax and carrier service cost for payment of the tax in advance. For a price far over 300 euros in total I expect them to take care of me now and arrange thr warranty process with an RMA shipping label.
So far they don't.
Don't buy these super good looking watches they break and then you end up with cost and headache
