When I realized I never received an item that I was told was delivered my customer service rep went about and beyond to help me she looked up my item realized it went out after my other items she send me all the information I needed to track it. She was kind and professional.

Disappointing ordering experience and still haven’t received my watch.
I ordered and waited for delivery as it had been 2 weeks, only to find out once l chased u, that my order was “back ordered”. I would not have ordered if l had been advised they had no stock, as this was meant as a gift. Very disappointing customer service. I’m still waiting by the way…

Great quality products & good customer service
we purchased a watch about a year ago and it still looks beautiful. I recently came back to purchase a couple of rings for my daughter and when they arrived, one was not in the box and the other box it was in the package was empty with a note from the Postal Service that it arrived damaged. Was able to get a full replacement and I’m very happy with my experience.

I ordered the Oceana watch in silver wave. It is an understated beautiful piece that can be worn for casual outings or a more formal occasion.
I was hesitant about buying it due to me living in California and the company in another country. They answer any questions online in a timely manner. I ordered it on a Friday it shipped on Sunday and it arrived 9 days after that. It has kept good time and was fairly easy to remove the links to fit my wrist (I also purchased the adjustment tool kit). Look up U tube video on how to take out links. I’m very happy with my purchase.
