Clear and seamless set up

From the first email of enquiry to the complete set up of the service it was seamless. Every step went smoothly and any questions I had were answered clearly and helpfully. The support is available instantly and issues dealt with promptly. I am very happy I decided to use Nuacom as our communication provider

Great support and communication

Currently onboarding with Nuacom for toll-free 1800 numbers. The team has been responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Smooth communication and good support so far.

Perfect solution for customer outreach

NUACOM offers a great service at a very reasonable price. Using their solutions we're now able to do sales outreach in new regions using local phone numbers.
Before moving to NUACOM we were appearing as "potential scam" to some of our leads, and now this is not an issue for us.
Implementation was quick and easy. I had an onboarding call the same day I joined, and my account was set up exactly how I needed it to be.
The UI is clean and easy to navigate, and the desktop and mobile app are great.

I highly recommend NUACOM for any size business.

Smooth onboarding.

I’ve just started a subscription with Nuacom and the experience so far has been excellent. The onboarding was straightforward, everything was easy to set up, and I’ve had no issues to date. A very solid start and I’m looking forward to seeing how the service develops as I use it more.

Staff were extremely knowledgeable…

Staff were extremely knowledgeable about their products and systems. The transition was very smooth with no downtime. The staff were patient when we needed to make a few changes and allowed us to try many options before deciding. Would highly recommend

Excellent process and service from start to finish

The entire process from start to finish was exceptional. The sales agent walked us through everything, we then signed the contracts and within a week we had the new phones and were onboarded. Excellent service throughout. The new system is very easy to use and is a great addition to our company

Easy Transition to VOIP

I have to say, that since I first contacted NUACOM in relation to updating our Phone System and updating our Telco Provider.

There service and customer support have been excellent, they have made our transition from legacy systems to state of the art VOIP, simple and straightforward

Five Star Service

From start to finish, the onboarding was straight forward and my business was up and running within a matter of days.

I spoke to the Sales Team who quickly got me signed up and then within 3 days, I had a pleasant call with the Onboarding Team, who got me set up within 30 minutes.

All very friendly and supportive.
