NUA.health offers a fantastic range of protein products with delicious flavors and clear, informative packaging. While there was a delay in communication with an order (#1725), their customer service has otherwise been responsive and accurate, particularly with inquiries about product availability. The protein powders have great taste and consistency, mixing well with milk alternatives like coconut or almond milk. They energize without causing bloating, and the quality ingredients shine through with no unnecessary additives. Despite the minor hiccup, I would highly recommend NUA for newcomers and seasoned users alike, especially their Chocolate Whey flavor which pairs beautifully with seasonal fruits.

I placed my order on 18th May and received no further communication except for a request to leave feedback on trustpilot. I sent an email enquiry to ask when it would be dispatched (on Thursday 25th May and again yesterday) but received no reply. I would appreciate a refund now so I can purchase an alternative. Order #1725

The product itself is second to none. It tastes really good and there's no chalky after taste that you normally get with other protein powders.

Arrived pretty promptly, good product, tastes alright, though on the more expensive side for vegan protein powder given it’s just 14 servings for £22 so unlikely to be ordering again but it filled a gap

Super tasty protein powder. I’ve got a sensitive stomach so was attracted to the clean ingredients, thankfully it doesn’t compromise on taste either. Love adding it to my porridge after a work out!
