Love the over sized Tees
Love the over sized Tees. I wear them all the time with my leggings and bicycle shorts. Easy to wear and comfy. They wash really well and really nice weight cotton. Bought the seamless leggings too. Love the stretch, very comfy and good fit.

Low quality
I expected more quality. How can nu-in call themselves a fair fashion label, when they sell pieces, that are ruined after wearing only twice? Bought a body, press buttons came out. Haven't even washed it in the washing machine. This is not very sustainable, when I have to buy a new one every couple weeks.

Avoid. They will definitely breach your consumer rights
Took them a month to dispatch the order. I asked them several times to cancel and refund me, but they wouldn't. Items finally arrived and one was faulty. Sent them a video, but this wasn't enough. They expected me to send the item back. Had to settle for a partial refund so I could be done with them forever. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Great quality and price
I may have had to wait a little longer than was expected for my order but the quality of the clothing and the price, as I bought in their sale is amazing. Looking forward to autumn already.

Would order again anytime
Love the clothes I ordered- they’re in great quality and come at reasonable prices (especially in their sale) while being environmentally friendly.
Nu-in shows that one can buy good quality decently priced and well designed clothes without contributing to fast fashion.
They would get 5 stars but unfortunately I had to wait a long time bc of some problems on nu-ins side.
Still, I would buy from them in the future as their customer service was great and they announced to change their warehouse structure so that such delays won’t happen again.

This company has stolen my money. I made an order for two items in early April and still have yet to receive it. On their social media they are only giving copy and paste responses to the many other customers who the same has happened to.
This company is a disgrace.

I would rate at 0 stars if possible. One month after order the order hasn't even been handed over to the carrier. Absolutely ridiculous. I paid shipping that should take 5-6 days. After 2 weeks of silencet, they apologised for delay and promised the shipment would go out on May 11th, which did not happen, so I requested that they cancel my order. Reached out 3 times before getting an answer that now it is ready and impossible to cancel, but status still at "label created" 5 days after. They are advising me to not accept my order as it arrives but the refund would be reduced of the dhipping cost and cost of services (not specified how much is that), even though this situation is their fault. I have accepted I have lost my money, they are absolute trash company. Please avoid these scammers that want to appear clean. Absolutely my worst customer experience.

I‘m waiting for my order now since the middle of April. Customer service always answers quite fast to my mails, but they can’t help. Worst communication I‘ve ever experienced with a company - wondering why they don’t talk about it in general via Mail or social media that there are problems with all orders. Other companies already tell you, when your order is just three days delay and Nu-in doesn’t even bother when it’s more than one month. Cool!

I made an order on 12.4. After 20.4. I reached out to ask where is the package. They said they have problems with the warehouse. And this turns out to be an answer to all my future complaints. Like this would be something that justifies the awful service that they are providing. They said the package will be sent in a couple of days. Nothing. 27.4. I am asking again, again the warehouse delay. 30.4. I send an email I want to CANCEL my order. No replay for a couple of days and then, imagine, they just heard from the warehouse and my package is already packed and they cannot cancel. 10.5. they send me an email that the package is about to be sent with the tracking number - I try tracking the package on DHL's official page and it says "Shipment label created by the sender, a shipment not scanned yet by DHL". The message hasn't changed since. So, the package was never been sent.
So, all lies and blaming the warehouse for delays.
It is a scam. Don't order.
And if I see another cute emoji in Customer support answer, I am going to SCREAM - because this is not cute at all. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY
UPDATE: Customer Support hasn't replied to my ask to return the money and cancel the order. Eventually, the order arrived. 28.5., 1,5 months after I made a purchase. All items were there, nice quality, well packaged etc. Still frustrating.

I made a big purchase on April 19th but…
I made a big purchase one month ago but the order did not arrive. it hasn't been shipped yet and costumer service doesn't say when they will ship or how long it will take to ship. I paid 11 euros for shipping costs but it is not possible to have info and know when the purchase will arrive. I'm afraid it's a scam

Would put zero stars if possible. Ordered on the 13th April and still have no idea if the order will ever arrive. The products have not even been shipped and I sincerely feel that they will never be. And now they don’t even answer to the emails. They are complaining about a serious delay with anyone that is waiting for their products and still continue to promote their sales like nothing is going on. They are making fun of their clients and this is UNACCEPTABLE! DO NOT buy from this store !

Overly expensive shipping and super slow delivery times
Paid 13.99 for shipping to Ireland and the website said 5-6 working days, however after 5 days I still had not received my tracking info or my parcel. I contacted Nu-in and they were very polite and sent me tracking one day later however it shows that my parcel is still in Poland and not due til next Friday. This means that the 5-6 days shipping is actually 16 days. I understand Nu-in cannot control the package once it arrives with UPS however they had not even sent my parcel within the 5-6 days so therefore the shipping time is completely false. Very disappointing as I ordered the clothes specifically for an event and now will not get to wear them. Also for such expensive shipping you would expect it to be shipped on time. Completely disappointing

Poor quality clothing
The quality of nu-in's clothes is pretty poor. I ordered a jumper recently, which after washing once (according to instructions) shrunk to an unwearable size. I also bought a knitted cardigan from nu-in about a year ago that started falling apart after about 4 or 5 wears. I don't think a company can call itself sustainable when their items don't last very long...

Never again
Never again. I placed an order and only half the items were sent to me.
Now I need to make a return but I have not received a return slip. Am I expected to pay for my return? Your return policy clearly says free returns. I have emailed your customer care but they usually take weeks to respond - by then I will be out of the 30 return period. It's an impossible company and absolutely never shopping here again. Order number is 6301.

Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience. I waited over month for my order, I understand that they've been very busy so I was fine with that even if I needed leggings so badly to the gym. I was holding myself back from ordering from different places, cause I ordered from nu in already. Unfortunately when my parcel came there was two missing products, on the day they've delivered my parcel they've sent me an email saying how unfortunately they didn't have my leggings. I could order them much earlier from somewhere else if I would know. The only thing which came was dress, packed in huge box witch in my opinion is awful mostly when I'm ordering from sustainable company. Dress is horrible, very thick but in the same time you can see my pants through.
Next problem is a refund, they've done a refund for one pair of leggings but not for the other one, had to email them again and wait ages for response. I'm still waiting for my refund. My parcel came over month after I ordered. I placed my order on 18/12/21 and still have to deal with them cause they can't even issue my refund properly. Very poor customer service. I understand big sales but unfortunately if you are not prepared for it just stay with your standard prices and treat customers with respect.
