The course was well set out and there was support available as and when required. I would certainly recommend.

I signed up with NTP in early 2025 for their online Transport Manager CPC course and completed it over 12 months, working at my own pace. Throughout that time, Mark and the team were consistently helpful whenever I had a question or needed guidance.

NTP gives you everything you need to succeed. The training material is brilliantly presented and worked seamlessly whether I was using the app on my phone or tablet.

First attempt, both exams passed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend NTP to anyone looking to gain their Transport Manager CPC or any other training.

I liked the structure of the course (Transport Manager CPC in Road Passenger Transport Level 3). Certain chapters had to be completed before booking the exams, it was annoying at first but I now understand why this was done, as it helped me pass both exams the first time I did them.
The student support was very helpful, supportive and motivated me along the way. Also explained anything I did not understand. Phone calls were not also rushed, the person took their time explaining until I understood.
The LiveChat was very useful, you can ask any question any time of the day and someone from the course will reply back on the chat or email you with the answers.

Fantastic training course structured and delivered very well from amazing tutors who care.

I signed up for the Road Haulage level 3 course with NTP. The course is delivered via a structured onine training system which tracks and logs your progression as you go. This allows you to monitor how well you are doing and provides vital feedback along the way.

The course has several prerequisite points you must pass before you can progress to the next chapter. This is a great method as it pushes you to develop in the areas where you need to concentrate. This is not just a click to next slide course, this is interactive and engaging and was the key to my success.

Along the way you have access to instant messaging with tutors, phone calls, bookable team sessions, social forums and a whole other wealth of information. This is training done right.

I found the podcasts available from the course amazing. This allowed me to intake course information while doing my day to day job. What a cheat code this came to be for me as it meant I could double down on learning while maintaining other work that needed doing.

I have nothing but good things to say about this course and NTP. Mark and Daryl you are amazing, but this gratitude extends to everyone in your team also. Thank you

I can’t recommend NTP highly enough.

It took me a long time to complete my Transport Manager CPC due to working long night shifts, and staying consistent wasn’t always easy. But the support from NTP was spot on — they knew exactly when to give me the push I needed and kept me on track the whole way through.

Their guidance, structure, and encouragement made a massive difference, and I’m proud to say I passed both exams first time.

Excellent experience with NTP👍
Having not studied for over 30 years, and not all that great at it back then either 🫣 the format of the course worked spot on for me, apart from the exams I did the full course on my iPad that I could obviously take wherever with me, I spent About 8 weeks learning part time around other commitments, so it was super convenient in my opinion.
The ability to spread the cost of the course aswell as the exams was also a much easier payment solution that I liked.
After being out of the ‘learning’ phase of my education for so long I knew that sitting In a classroom doing and intensive 2 weeks was never going to do the trick for me, so did plenty of research prior to handing over any money for an online course, and NTP was one of the top 2 that kept coming up, but they trumped my decision by the repeated good reviews on the user friendly course layout, so I chose them, and I’m glad I did, the actual layout of the course was spot on, the knowledge retention tests , again, spot on, the test exams perfect.
For total transparency I didn’t have a lot of interaction with the staff as I’m very much a’ get my head into it and keep myself to myself’ sort of learner, but I did contact a few times by email to clear up a few point that confused me and I was overthinking a bit, and every time received a prompt, clear and concise response.
Although I didn’t not make use of the phone or video chat support, I did have every faith that if I needed it, there would have been absolutely no problem in reaching out.
All this gained me a 1st time pass that far surpassed the original hope of ‘scraping by’ I had,
I think while doing the course and feeling like not a lot is sinking in, because of the layout of the actual course and the tests that you do ,a lot more is learnt that you realise, which says to me something is being done the right way.
Overall I’m very happy with my whole experience with NTP and would recommend them to anyone for your Transportation management CPC , thanks to you all 👍

Transport Mangers course/exams:- Perfect course for fitting around our business & having 3 kids, meaning I could learn at my own pace and literally anywhere including while sat at the hairdressers & doctor appointments etc.
even better the fact I could sit the exams at home and they fitted around school drop off and pick up times.

I have recently completed the Transport Manager CPC online course with NTP and I ve passed both exams. As someone working full-time, the flexibility of the virtual classroom/self-paced modules was invaluable.
The recorded sessions were a highlight, allowing me to re-watch difficult modules like Drivers' Hours and Vehicle Costing whenever I needed a refresher. Despite being online, the live Q&A sessions felt interactive, and the tutor was always available via email to explain complex case study questions. I highly recommend this for anyone needing a structured but flexible way to get qualified."
