I expected to receive a brand new item
I did not realized this was an opened item. So I was very upset when I got it with broken seal. I sent an email and within minutes someone responded and clarified it was an opened item. Suggestion: for online items, place the status of the item adjacent to its name. That would had avoided confusion for me. Also, the original box should have a label saying it has been opened. Make sure whoever service the item, places the manual in the box.

I received my massage seat cushion…
I received my massage seat cushion within a few days of ordering. Just in time for Father's Day. My husband absolutely loves it. I searched for this item after I visited with my sister and saw the one she had purchased (the exact same cushion but from a different company). By the time I searched, NT Electronics was offering it for a much better price than that other company. It is very nice quality, just what I was expecting, and the best full back and neck massage cushion I have found, especially for the price. My husband is going to enjoy this for a long time.

My order shipped the same day i ordered it. I received my order within in 3 days of placing my order. I was reluctant to buy an open box item, but everything looked perfect other than the tape missing on the little boxes. Very happy with my purchase and how quickly I received it.
I really like the cameras and the wireless 1TB hard drive. Very nice quality.
