7 windows including frames on the inside and outside of a protected wooden house were installed.
The frames on the inside were fitted in a great manner, those ones on the outside unfortunately were not.
Very rough and obviously cheap wood was fitted in an inadequate manner.
The company's management agreed to replace the frames on the outside.
They changed all our windows and we did have a few issues with them, but they helped figure everything out eventually and end result is really good! The issues were more in the category of 's**t happens' so they still get 5 stars :)
