Good Quality, Friendly service and delivery
I have been buying for a couple of months and I'm really happy with what they have to offer. The quality is great and I love the fact that they are active to inform you if any out-of-stock we can add for the substitute for the equal amount,. I have tried many options over the past months and I can happily say that this one is on my top. Not so perfect but they served BEST. It's easy to click online order and whatsapp them to assist you. Fantastic quality at very convenient pricing
I discovered NRTC during the pandemic when I couldn't go out shopping, picking my own fruit and veg.
It was such a nice surprise to receive fresh, grade A produce at my door, for a fraction of the cost of going out shopping in my local supermarkets.
Not to mention the customer service team who are also excellent, very responsive and quick.
Totally recommend.

NRTC has lost its credibility, it is not what it is used to be
NRTC used to be my go to portal for fresh fruit and vegetables. They had the best customer service - caring and prompt.
However since the pandemic their focus has changed and they’ve lost their credibility. Many instances of sending incorrect items, bad quality vegetables or the wrong weight )3 kg mangoes instead of the advertised 4.5). The customer service is slow to comprehend and downright rude at times.
Suffice to say I’m discontinuing from ordering anymore from them
