I decided to sign up for nrc online, because I thought that at any time if I wanted to, I could just cancel. Well, until I got informed that they won't cancel my subscription within a year. A huge disrespect for the customer to be forced to pay for something annually that they no longer want to use.

We have had a running subscription for quite a while now. Paper gets delivered maybe 33% of the time. You refuse to cancel our subscription. Lack of couriers in and around Vroomshoop is not our problem. I've tried being kind. It has been enough. We offered you a solution- to give us a voucher at no additional cost and we would pick the paper up ourselves at our local Bruna. You said no. We asked kindly to cancel our subscription, you said no. I've had enough. We would like to cut ties and have our subscription canceled. I'm sick and tired of calling your customer service and speaking to someone who couldn't care less. Do better and fix our issue by canceling our subscription
